Loved the location and the private beach for sure.

The a/c wasn’t very efficient and the thermostat wouldn’t change

is invitingWe habve been coming to this property for years. The location is great. Staffing is always pleasant and helpul .Property looks inviting

It was explained that the hotel was going renovation. Can't wait to see the finished product. construction needed to stop early evening.

Everything was great other than the restruants.

The restaurant food was terrible and overpriced! If the food was better wouldn't mind the price so much, but it was awful!!!!! Also didn't like that there were no microwave in the room

Staff was so accommodating to our family

It would be nice to have free breakfast for the amount we pay to stay

Pool area was very clean and a nice place to relax. We enjoyed our interactions with the staff. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The large sandy beach area was not crowded and probably is the widest beach area we have visited. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location of the hotel is off by itself (could be a plus or a minus). We had to drive to eat dinner and/or shop. Most of the parking in the main area was paid parking. We paid $3 per hour to park in the main lot by the pier. They do have a trolley service that stops at the hotel. I believe it was $5 per day for each rider and provides unlimited rides for the day. We did not use the trolley transportation but it could be a good option to travel around the area. To get to the beach and the gulf water, you have to walk pretty far. If a person has a difficult time walking, this could be an issue.

Location, location, location. Most beautiful beach on the west coast. Loved the golf cart rides from pool area to shoreline. Great shelling. Spectacular views and sunsets.

My room was obviously discounted because, as a "low floor no view" room, it had a balcony that overlooked the garbage and maintenance area. This particular room was also last on the floor next to a storage room that had a lot of coming and going/door slamming. I really really love Sand Key, so I tolerated it, but It should have been discounted further than just a little bit in my opinion. Also, the pool bar closes at 5pm. Why? That's even before sunset. That part was very inconvenient and frustrating.

Location!!! Loved it's perfect position on Sand Key. Pool - lovely. Beach - stunning! Buggy on beach - very useful, efficient, friendly driver. Pool bar - good, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Room - excellent beach and pool view from our balcony! Loved it! Very comfortable beds, air-con, lovely decor, good storage for clothes, nice bathroom, and fridge was good to have. Lobby - spacious, beautiful, cool. Nice on site restaurants and shops. Staff - mostly pleasant. Parking - free. Resort fees - none.

Room could have been slightly more spacious (as a bit small for 4 of us, but would not have exchanged that for the view!) One staff member was really rude to my son when we went to buy ice-creams near the poolside.

The location was great. The private beach area and pool was awesome. I really appreciated the courtesy carts taking us to the beach area.

The small rooms, especially bathrooms! I selected via booking.com a pool view room, which was reconfirmed by check in concierge, yet we could not see the pool at all. We only saw the top of the pools restaurant roof, of which was never open.

I liked that the property has private beach access which is great. Also there’s is plenty to keep the kids entertained (corn hole, tennis, volleyball etc). They offer all day beach chair rentals.

I didn’t like that you can not enjoy a good view of the ocean from your room. The ocean literally 900 yds or so from the hotel. There is a shuttle that will take and pick you up from the ocean. The pool appears much bigger in the photos than it really is. Everything in the shops located in side the hotel is way over priced.

People reserving lounge chairs with towels! Coming outside at 9 and noone out there ,but no chairs left! The staff were lovely and hard working each and everyone of them.
