Coconut Cove All Suite Hotel

Very close to the beach, pool heated and very nice. Unfortunately during COVID things were obviously different, but with shuts downs lifted it would be a wonderful hotel to stay in if you like the beach.

Only......restrictions during COVID.

The staff was very friendly...and the parking was not charged, which is crazy that any of the hotels charge for parking when you are a guest,,,

No elevator, shower curtain was too long and dirty, chair cushions were very dirty, pool was dirty, and with no close access to the beach, it was to high, and it's less then 7 hours for almost $300,00 ....I loved it there in 2013 I stayed it was much cleaner. And covid is still out there!!! But thank you for the staff being pleasant,

The heated pool was amazing, especially because when we visited it was chilly outside. Right across the street from the beach, so that was convenient!

The suite definitely needs a deep clean! I cleaned the entire room, from top to bottom when we arrived. The floors felt very greasy, there was grease all over the stove and range top. Its the small things that pop out. Many of the sheets had hairs on them, even fresh out of the dryer. The couch is pretty gross, and stained up. Like I said, the small things could definitely make this place a much better spot!

Rooms were very spacious and staff were tentative and friendly. Pool was excellent. Location was pretty good and very knowledgeable of the area. Great place for the rate.

Could have been better explained about the distance and rules of the private beach. Walking about a block is not bad but then to find out no private chairs and due to social distancing you must spread out was a little annoying. Laundry is one washer and one dryer and first come first serve. Would have been nice to have a broom in the room. Between the sand from the beach and the kitchen, there was nothing to really clean up after yourself with the no contact policies.

great location, comfortable rooms, pet friendly.

seems like they do not thoroughly clean between visitors. our floors were still wet when we first arrived, and very sandy everywhere once the floors dried. perhaps they should sweep and vacuum prior to using a mop. they also had a dog there in their office that appeared to be larger than their own rule of less than 50 pounds. this dog would be walked through the pool area and I witnessed the dog be aggressive toward a small dog as well as scaring two small toddlers. they also had someone conducting pool cleaning and chemicals at 2pm on a sunny Friday afternoon. very disruptive to those trying to enjoy the space and pool. I did ask about maybe having this done early morning or very late afternoon and was told, they scheduled it to prepare for their weekend. what about us Friday guests?

Hotel is located in a great location. We did not have to move our car. Close walk to restaurants, miniature golf, beach, pier 60 and excursions. We took our dog, Max, miniature schnauzer and he loved it as well! Early morning walks and he met a lot of furry friends.

I wish the pool was opened a little while longer and maybe add some colored lighting for ambience.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We loved the pool and beach access.

The area construction made for high noise levels and poor air quality. We were also unaware that it was not handicap accessible without an elevator. We needed more access to towels but due to covid restrictions rooms were not serviced during our stay and supplies were not conveniently accessible for pick up.

The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, and a bit removed from the hubub. Pool and parking are terrific, as are the verandas. We enjoyed preparing local seafood and produce in the kitchenette and walking across the bridge to meetings on Sand Key.

There was no routine restocking of coffee or towels. We were told that more coffee would be 50 cents each. The electronic key cards required a couple replacement rounds to function properly, but office staff were very helpful.

Convenient location to stores, bars, diner next door, a few bars.. less than 10 minutes vis car or bicycle to the center of the action. Clean facilities, nice pool, never crowded. Comfortable suite.

The kitchenette equipment could’ve been more complete and in better shape. We checked in late so the night person didn’t know how to make a key but was trying to help and ran to another property for help which came quickly and let us in with master key. No problem at all! However, the next day at 1pm we went to the lobby to get keys made and get a pool towel the lobby was locked and appeared that no one was in there. We found that strange. After knocking on glass doors, leaving a voicemail for hotel then knocking heavier on the glass a very annoyed blond girl came out with an attitude like we’re interrupting her.. smh..
