The room was available early and this was most helpful. Having the breakfast meal available was great, especially the coffee. Truly appreciate the staff member who looked up the Metro schedule for me on her cell and directed me to the station. The water in shower was nice and hot. I love a good hot shower. Each day of my stay the room was cleaned. I was able to relax.

Availability of the pool. I would have loved to use the pool in the evening. It was not available. The refrigerator was not cooling well.

Rooms were dated, but still clean. House keeping was out all day. Some of the people staying there were not great...very loud and rough... and that made me feel a bit unsafe, but no fault of the motel.

I have stayed here before and all amenities are close at hand, far enough away from the LIRR to avoid hearing the train every 30 minutes. Staff was accommodating. I needed a late check out which was a little mor than late but they accommodated me.

That I was three for pleasure instead of my aunt's funeral. Sad time but a pleasant stay

maintenance and house keeping staff were always hospitable and always cleaning the rooms and grounds of the hotel property. especially the pool maintenance great job. I couldn’t help but notice the pool tech on grounds checking the levels daily as needed. Great Job overall. I’d recommend friends and family to the Rockville Center location.

Great experience and great value. The large open space was very comfortable in the king deluxe room. Expectations were met for sure

The Hotel wifi did not appear in the wifi list from the king deluxe smoking room but wifi wasn't necessary for my stay, I didn't end up asking for them to fix it even though I was given the wifi password, and the jacuzzi could be cleaned a little more thoroughly but I always clean the tub before I use them in hotels anyway.

I like the property but will love to review bookings that I use to book , Owner was very nice and refunded us so we could stay closer to the airport as I requested from booking and they said they contacted hotel management and they refused.

I love everything about the hotel didn’t like how booking handled my situation.

My stay was superb! I loved my room based on its amenities, location and the overall lay out of everything. I was traveling alone with my baby and LOVE from front desk was kind enough to have assisted me with my luggage to the room , which was well needed and appreciated. Give him a raise or something!♥️

Location was good. Right next door to a Fridays, and up the street from the Long Island bars, lounges and restaurants.

Does not have microwave in rooms. This is a big issue for me , especially with Covid. Also for complimentary breakfast , they have you sit with others and do not allow you take the food back to your room to eat in peace , very big turn off. I give a huge thumbs down!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and all worked as it should. Conveniently located for arrival at JFK and exploring Long Island for a couple of days. Breakfast selection was much better than expected. Although close to a main road the room was quiet.

Decor and furniture a little bit dated.

Everything was good. We had a great room, the location is near my family & my son's wedding was perfect.

They need better parking! The Lot has small spaces & when big truck park they take up two spaces. It would be nice if they served breakfast (bagels, coffee, tea, rolls) and not charge if you wanted to get breakfast.
