booked stay with free breakfast included. only breakfast available was through room service which was lengthy and cumbersome trying to use 10$ vouchers from the hotel which didn’t cover the cost of breakfast and had to place multiple orders to use multiple vouchers. I was looking for convenience and quick service during stay with kids which was not the case.

very modern and comfortable room. Big bathroom for Manhattan standards

Front Desk employees could be more efficient. They have free water in the reception for example, but no one informed me in my check in. I found out only in my last day.... Room service sometimes very late (around 18:00 when I wanted to rest before going out for dinner. For me the worst thing about this acomodation was the bathroom door (glass!). Zero privacy if you are not by yourself

size of room was good, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was central to everything we wanted to do (food, theater, transportation)

The bathroom toilet was not clean, it looked like the room had been cleaned but not refreshed before someone rented again. Looked like it had sat for a while but everything else was clean. Fridg. could use defrosting but kept things cold.

The staff was super friendly and always helpful. Rooms were small, but that's just New York, however they had everything you need and were comfortable.

I was only on the 3rd floor so had a lot of street noise, I think higher floors would be better. Especially by early morning there was a garbage truck which woke me up. Also the heating/ventilation system was attached to the window and even when off during the night, it had a light airflow which cooled down the room a lot. And when turned on for heating it was very loud.

okay so first of all I’m usually not a stay in a hotel girl. I always book hotels just to store our staff and sleep. I choose this hotel because of its excellent rating in location (I was first time in New York) it was important to me, because I don’t want to be scared at night and be surrounded with homeless people.. the location was literally 4 minutes from time square, safe and relatively quite (keep in mind you will be in New York so don’t expect no noise ) to be perfectly honest I loved the city but I could wait to get into this hotel and just lay down. they are really conches about the pandemic and the rooms where cleaned daily ✨ I am hundred percent satisfied and I can only recommend it! Plus by the third day, they called me by my name what I really appreciated

Great location, friendly staff, clean, quiet, and recently renovated room.

The door to the bathroom was a frosted-glass sliding door, and it did not offer any privacy.

the city view (even if NY seems to be always under construction) and the location in Manhattan. kindness of the host staff and the commodities in the room.

Shampoo and soap are not in line with the standard of an Hilton. the lack of breakfast directly inside the hotel (compensate by a delivery)

Great stay! Perfect location for exploring New York, right off 5th avenue for your shopping, 2 min walk from nearest subway, 5 min walk to Times Square, plenty of food and drink places around and 10min walk to Grand Central to get to the airport. Staff friendly, good free WiFi, fast lift, microwave and fridge in room, Ice & water machine on our floor, cold air con, comfy bed, view on empire state from our room! My only issues are me being picky for the price I paid if it was a bit cheaper then I would have been incredibly happy

I asked what extras I could add on and their cost for my partners birthday, they said nothing but they would organise complimentary cake, sadly this never happened. Air con can be quite nosey especially in the night, even if you put it on low it changes to high by itself and this is the nosiest setting. Curtains a tad small so light seeks in the room. Only an overhead shower not handheld so was annoying when I didn’t want to wash my hair and I never felt fully clean, it’s also super sensitive one notch away from freezing cold to boiling hot and it’s never the same the next day so it’s trial and error

Very good location, staff was friendly, room was clean, beds were comfy. Good internet, bathroom was big (too big for the size of the room?). Even though it said 1 cleaning for stays above 5 days, we got the room cleaned whenever we had not put the sign on the door not to disturb

Room was small for a family of 4, water of the shower was slow to get hot and shower head not great. Load air con unit and integrated in the window, not the ceiling. Weird wardrobe shape makes it useless. 2 Lifts with long wait times if you can't take the stairs (disabled, old, little kids, too many floors...)

Property is OK like others Hilton Hotels. The streets nearby and also 46th are very dirt specially at night about 9-10pm and early morning! We found poop in the sidewalks more than once. Also, too much smells of Mary in the air. It does not make sense! I think that the hotels chain has a power to change this! A flavor big Apple! Not a disgusting Apple in our nose and eyes. Next to NYC trip my family and I also spend 4 days in Chicago, clean city! No bad fellings on Chicago wind!
