We loved the amount of storage in the rooms. For an NYC hotel, we could unpack our 7 nights' worth of luggage for 2 with no problem. The location is UNBEATABLE for the price. Everything is around a 20-minute walk and you are literally 2 minutes away from Grand Central Station. The bed was comfy and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating! All our requests were handled quickly. We would definitely stay here again for the location and the price.

We had loud neighbors throughout our stay, so the walls are definitely not soundproof. The bathroom NEEDS some storage options. There's nowhere to put your own stuff on the sink or in the shower. Our shower always had water collected on the ledge and leaked out of the bathroom floor. Not really any amenities here. A bummer that the TV didn't have TV apps or Chromecast. The restaurant is closed so there is no room service. No bathrobes or slippers are provided. The lobby is relatively small and no fun things happening in the afternoon like a happy hour or complimentary water. Our "breakfast" was just free coffee and the coffee shop next door and it was apparent the cards used to say free pastry and coffee haha. These are just the things I think of for a 4-star stay.

Location is brilliant for Grand Central Station, Park, 5th and Lexington Avenues and Bryant Park. The hotel is on a pretty street with trees and fairy lights. We had a beautiful view of the Empire State building which was awesome. The staff members we spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and were very friendly.

We knew there was no bar or restaurant but didn't really realise the impact this would have, especially first thing in the morning. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms meant having to leave the room first thing in the morning which didn't really suit us. The coffee dock downstairs with the gaping empty room behind looked scruffy and unappealing.

Fantastic location close to Grand Central station and all other major NYC attractions either by walking or the metro. Room was a good size by NYC standards

The view of the room wasn’t great. We stared at a brick wall and electrical cables. The windows also didn’t open.

The room was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent for anybody working in mid-town.

The lack of a proper breakfast is annoying, considering the price per night. They set up a coffee cart near the lifts, with terrible coffee and croissants. Overall, the hotel could do more to provide a better breakfast. Moreover, the shower pressure was abysmal.

great location. large rooms. wonderful staff.

lack of a restaurant/bar. no mini bar in room. no small coffee machine in room cbut yet a $30 nightly RESORT fee…for the gym and WiFi and free cup of coffee at neighborhood cafe?! just put the fee into the room cost especially with the hotel lacking things mentioned above. it leaves a really bad feeling after what was great stay. I will now sadly avoid your hotel.

The King Suite was spacious for NY standards even for a family of 4 and the location was great. Our apartment overlooked both the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building which was nice. A thing to consider is that there was virtually no waiting for the elevators as it is only a 17 storey building, this could be potentially deal breaking in some of the high rise hotels. Overall, we would definitely come back to Renwick if we're ever in NY again.

The lack of kettle in the apartment was annoying as we had to get downstairs each morning and fetch teas and coffees to start our day. The apartment started off clean and we kept on top of housekeeping ourselves but it was noticeable the room service was only making beds, changing towels and topping up daily water and not cleaning as there was a build up of dust in places

Excellent and friendly staff. Very large room with a great bathtub. The extended check-out time was much appreciated!

The bed was very soft, but comfortable enough. Loved that I could open the windows--but they are in real need of cleaning.

My recent stay at The Renwick was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean and perfectly sized, providing a tranquil haven in the bustling city. During our initial three-night stay, we were thoroughly impressed by the friendly staff and awesome art inspired design. The staff was remarkable when we needed to check back in for an extra night following a canceled flight. They swiftly arranged our stay, showcasing their professionalism and friendliness. This hotel is the ideal choice for a memorable and enjoyable stay near Grand Central Station.

Everything was wonderful. I cannot think of an improvement I'd make.

Hotel location and service are excellent. We could easily reach any point at Manhattan, often by just walking (Times Square, Empire State, Chrysler). Grand central station is in one block to get a subway and quickly reach the places we wanted to see. The room was cleaned everyday, bed sheets and towels changed. It was clean and fresh all the time. Free coffee option at breakfast was great too. Reception helped with all our questions as we stayed first time in NYC and made sure we enjoy our stay. We definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who does like to have things organised well.

There is nothing to add, all was great.
