The staff was amazing! They were very very friendly and helpful. Roman is a rockstar manager!
Our whole stay the building had a broccoli/cabbage smell. It hit us as soon as we walked in the lobby and you could smell throughout the whole hotel. I thought maybe someone cooked something, but it lasted until we left 2 days later and I also heard other guests commenting about it. Also our room was right by garbage drop-off room, if I stayed again I would request to be further away from it. All in all a good stay :) The reasons I listed are the only reasons it wasn't a perfect stay.

The friendly staff
The entrance was hard to get in with the rolling cart. Coming up the asphalt to the sidewalk is a very small area so it makes it very difficult to get the roly cart up and turned and then get to the doors.

The staff was very polite and the room was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but everything else in the room worked. I liked that there were two tables in the room and decent counter space in the bathroom. We did have to go get serve ware from the front desk but they were very polite about it. They required masks while in common areas as well to keep all employees and guests safe so that was nice as well.
The address for the hotel says that’s it’s in Florida. I know the area so I knew that was wrong but for people that aren’t familiar with the area, that might cause them to not like the property so maybe look into that lol

I was concerned there was 3 occasions that police were on site. seemed a little off why 3 times should of been dealt with the first time. this was 3rd time staying there but might re think.
