Comfort Suites near Camp Lejeune

Everything was good. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

There was no breakfast food. The one reason I booked this hotel was for the free breakfast food. We were traveling with 4 children and I had to go buy breakfast 4 of the 5 mornings that we were there. That was an inconvenience for me, especially since we were on a budget. It was one reason I booked this hotel so I wouldn’t have to purchase breakfast.

It was very easy to get to. The parking lot seemed big enough for everyone. The hotel itself was very clean and well lit. The inside was clean and reception was very friendly and helpful. They have a small area for some drinks and snacks. Even had some ice cream to choose from for the little kids to enjoy. The pool looked good even though we didn't get to use it during our stay. Had complimentary breakfast and that was great. Waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurts, juices coffee ect. That was good and very clean as well. Room itself was clean and so was the bathroom. Very quiet and comfortable. Traveling with my husband and 3 children ( ages 3, 9 and 10 ) and everyone fell asleep fairly easily so that was an extra bonus. Will stay here again.

The staff was amazing!! The rooms were a great size. The beds were nice and comfortable.

Shower and sink area could've been cleaned a bit more. Leftover hair and stains from previous guest that could've easily been wiped or washed off. Pillows folded inside to give width when in actuality they were older pillows that had lost their softness

How the front office was so nice, we got there thinking we could just check in after driving 18 hrs asa it was on the 20th of July. When we weren't supposed to til after 300pm, they fixed us up so we could get checked in at 12pm we were exhausted thank God for them

The hotel was clean. There was comfortable bedding and space. The breakfast was good. Excellent location. Nice staff.

The hotel did not have towel racks. The housekeeping staff did not come in consistently to provide new towels and toilet paper. I could tell that the bedding had been washed, but later I noticed old stains. The breakfast was great, but the staff appeared to barely restock.

We always book here when we’re in town. I had checked in an hour early because I was quite tired from the drive. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating. She mentioned the fee for early checkin but I was fine with that. The elevator was down due to being hit with lightening from the previous storm, but I always take the stairs anyway. Because I checked in early I was given the first accommodating King room they had available. To my pleasant surprise it was the King Suite! I was in love! I traveled with my children so they had plenty of room to move around and enjoy their space while I was able to enjoy mine. The only real complaint I would have would be the low water pressure in the shower. We dealt with it and made it work but it was a bit irritating. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a perfect amount of space, extra outlets and extra little touches.

I understand that breakfast is not being made available at some places because of Covid, but Choice Hotels should be HONEST about that and post that on their hotel sites. They are advertising a nice, full breakfast and even asking if you want that included in your reservation, but it is not available. The "waffle maker" was actually the deciding factor in my choice of hotels for this trip so imagine my dismay when I went down for breakfast on the first morning to find that it was not offered.

Smells like burnt popcorn, bathroom needs a lot of repairs (cracked flooring, failing caulking around tub, inside shower, and toilet), bathroom needs cleaned room (found lots of hair on the floor and toilet still had poop stains in it)

The breakfast had a wide selection and was filling. The hotel was over all clean and our beds were comfy.

On our last day of stay we finally had time to use the pool but was unfortunately closed for the day. I also felt it could have been open longer then 9. I also could hear everything in the hallway in our room.

The staff were polite and accomodating. The beds slept good and were comfortable.

that the bathrooms didn't have any towel holders or any type of grab bars. The tv was not able to swivel to adj to where you are in the room. i.e. i couldn't work at the desk and watch tv at the same time or eat at the desk and see the tv.
