Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Camp Lejeune/Jacksonville

First, the basics were covered completely, clean rooms and facility friendly and very helpful staff. The pool was clean and maintained, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. We had a family emergency and had to cut our trip short and not only did they refund the nights not stayed they was so compassionate and honestly sympathetic, especially the young man at the front desk he truly made me feel better in a time I needed it. Thank you young man and the whole staff there.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave early, so to correct that, we will be returning soon!

Best check-in experience I’ve ever had! The gentleman working the Front Desk was professional,accurate, quick and very friendly. EXCELLENT first impression.

Unfortunately the Bathroom was filthy. There was a babies shirt left at the sink, hair on the floors, and beside the garbage can was a large amount of water. No one had cleaned the floor from the previous guests. The carpet was damp in the room and if I walked through the room barefoot I had to wipe my feet off because hair and other particles stuck to it. The coffee maker had not been cleaned in a while.

The breakfast and the staff are wonderful they young woman was so nice we arrived at 2am and she was pleasant

The Room service was not great they never made the bed up or empty the trash no clean towels no vacuum. In this day and age with Covid still hanging around cleanliness is very important. I was thinking. Of booking a few rooms there in august for a family reunion but i may have to reconsider

The breakfast was quite yummy! Biscuits and gravy and waffle maker as well as the normal cereals and pastries and such. The staff was super friendly. The beds, window seat, and wardrobe area were very nice, though the beds were a bit squishy for me.

There's not a lot of amenities. We did get ants in the bathroom within a few hours of leaving a towel on the floor and the construction job is pretty questionable in some places: no caulking on the shower tiles or loose floor tiles, poor water pressure, odd stuff like that. Wish the breakfast went a bit later, 6-9am is hard traveling from the west coast.

I like the pool, the accommodations, the location, the staf

I did not like how housekeeping would come in so early I did not like that I was in the shower when housekeepers came in and waited in the room for me to get out. I did not like the pillows they were lumpy, I wish breakfast had more option

Nice price compared to other places in the area. Most of the staff are very friendly.

Breakfast wasn't ready the first morning I was there but was ready shortly after I arrived. Coffee was cold on that first morning. I put my jacket on the chair in my room and my jacket smelled bad for the rest of the trip. Other than that it was pretty good, I enjoyed my stay.

Location was great ,staff was very friendly, room and motel was very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Location was great, near a lot of shopping stores and food!!

Breakfast was OK but small selection. Wish my room wasn't so close to the desk and laundry cause they were a little noisy. Other than that I like being on first floor

This was my second stay there. Very clean and comfortable , with a great location.

Housekeeping came just before we were ready to leave for the day. We asked if she could return in 30 minutes. We were out before the 30 minutes and she was right next door, but never returned to our room to clean.

I liked that it was clean and no roaches anywhere I have been here twice now and both times it was like that. The staff was so nice and understanding, really nice bathroom and the fridge made my water have chunks of ice and it was really good

the sink sprayed into the toilet if the pressure was high but I thought it was funny

The rooms and atmosphere were great

They need to invest in cameras on the outside of the building and REQUIRE ALL GUESTS to write down make/model of vehicle and all tag numbers. This way they can figure out who the culprits are that screw with others vehicles!
