comfortable temperature, smell, and bed. loved that the stairwells were carpeted and clean. Loved the crisp waffles.

tub showed signs of black mold; a tub&shower surround would solve all the tubs problems breakfast had only apples for fruit that no one takes; bananas and berries would be terrific for on cereal and waffles drinking water in breakfast area one day was good/tasted like it was filtered, but the next day was not! Did not want to have to buy drinking water. The infused lemon water in the lobby was too strong, especially if you just want water (despite the fact that I like lemon in my water). no cereal or muffins that are not sweetened, like bran or wheat

The room was generally clean and the bed comfortable, however the carpet could use a professional cleaning. The bottom of my white socks got pretty dirty so I kept my slippers on after the first night. There is a vast channel selection for watching tv. I also like that there is a no smoking policy. I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Greenville, NC & the hallways and elevator often smelled like weed and the bathroom was not as nice.

The breakfast could be improved upon. Apples were the only fresh fruit available & my waffle that I made was a not fully cooked thoughout. The hot items remained the same daily, scrambled eggs and potatoes. The only thing that changed was either bacon or sausage. There was not much to choose from otherwise. No bagels or english muffins, & only 1 type of bread & no peanut butter. I did like that they had the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches available.

Amazing value! Soft sheets, cozy mattress and pillows, comfortable den area, plenty seating, electric and USB outlets in room. Two bottled waters in room. Lots of lighting options in room. In the lobby was iced lemon water to refresh on a hot, humid day. Everywhere I looked there were little thoughtful items that made me happy and screamed comfort!

Not sure this is doable in the heat of summer, but the indoor pool was like stepping into a sauna. It would have been nice to take a cool swim.

Convenient but not ideal location. Staff was courteous. I liked being on first floor. I liked fridge in room. Nice big TV with lots of channels and clear picture. I liked the lighting and light fixtures and the decor of the room. I liked the convenience of electrical outlets near bed for CPAP machine.

Although the room seemed cool enough at bedtime, I woke up in middle of the night with stale clammy atmosphere in room and had to get up and adjust the A/C (made cooler and turned up fan). Airport noise was annoying. No writing desk in room.

My stay was comfortable. The room was clean, warm and quiet. We did have to change rooms when we got there because of the temperature, but was given another room without any problems.

When I booked through the military website, there was not to be any holding, fees or room deposits against my credit card. However, my card was charged before arrival to the hotel and the balance when we checked IN.

Super comfy bed and nice linens. The staff was friendly as well. I didn't try the breakfast, but it smelled really good.

Too much noise from upstairs. A little complicated to get to the hotel, hopefully they will put in more direct drive from the highway. And I hate the little coffee makers with the teabags of coffee, but that's everywhere now.

Pretty good experience. Comfortable, breakfast options where low, but didnt mind it, it was in an area that you had food options. Comfortable and easy to get to, front desk was nice.

The room was okay….. reminded me of the barracks when I was in the military… but enough to sleep at…. The room wasn’t perfect and the bathroom under the sink on the floor was dirty…. But again, wasn’t so bad, just reminded me of a bad or quick clean up.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We met friends elsewhere. The location was easy to find even though it was partially hidden by a large mound of dirt.

The only complaint my husband & I would say was the water pressure was very weak in the shower.

looks new upgraded. vibrant colors. the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

the street to get to it was a little dark at night but the property itself was very well lit up so that made me feel more comfortable.

Very nice hotel, room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Two of the people I interacted with were very pleasant, the gentleman that was there very late when I got back in, and the cleaning lady in the morning was very nice.

I did not like that when I arrived there were two ladies behind the counter and they were to busy talking about things, I believe it was a shift change and they were too busy with that to even acknowledge that I had come in and was standing there probably close to ten minutes before the one lady FINALLY asked how she could help me, then still had to log into her computer. You would think you could at least acknowledge that a guest had come in and just let them know you were switching things over, please give us a minute or something instead of just completely ignoring them. It was very rude and aggravating.
