Aloft Nashville Franklin

I like that the check in was smooth and the place is modern and clean. It didn’t feel dated in any aspect. Decorations were pretty cool and the lobby didn’t make you feel like you were in a hotel lobby. More like an upscale lounge with a pool table and bar.

At check in I was told a free complimentary breakfast would be offered but you had to pay and the choices on the menu were not a broad one especially for kids. Menu is not kid friendly but the stay was good. Also the I had to flush the toilet twice when using it.

Loved the clean and modern decor.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and stood there looking around for a good 10-15 minutes. Didn’t appear to have enough staff which is a nationwide problem right now but wasn’t comforting to know. Additionally, I had to change my reservation and called but no one answered. It went to the general manager’s voicemail. So I sent a chat/message through the link on booking.com and someone messaged me back the next day. Good thing I called well in advance; otherwise I’m not sure I could have reached anyone. Overall, our stay was nice. The room is a little small but really liked the separation or partition wall dividing bathroom from rest of the room.

They were able to accommodate no smell in room like cleaning supplies and plug ins. The energy and music was good upon entering. Very clean inside and outside. Room was clean and neat. Nice to have live music.

Road noise. No iron. No trash bags in trash cans. TV said no signal. Grout in the bathroom needs cleaning. Staff seemed ready to get you done and in a hurry. Only complimentary food was coffee and tea. Everything else had to be purchased.

Coffee in lobby, music also at night. Great breakfast to order sandwiches. Clean.

Sound of interstate 65 audible. Day and night. Some ignorant man decided to partake of a Marijuana smoke on elevator before I got on. Hard for you to control. Some other guests parked their trucks and trailers [2 of them] which occupied a total of 8 spots.

Ben and Justin were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were in a very prime location. Very convenient and comfortable.

Didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel; so, that wasn’t ideal. Made me question room cleanliness. Moreover, there were no streaming options available. In-room internet was very limited; so that definitely needs to be updated for guests; especially since most Marriott establishments have that.

Rooms are big, clean and comfy beds! Bathroom area was big and clean as well.

The extra charges! They charged us a $50 "cleaning/damage deposit" at 3am the day we were checking out. This wouldn't have been a problem, had we known this was going to be charged to us. We didn't even know about the charge until we checked out!! When we called to ask, they said we "should" get that back and so far, we haven't!! Seems like these "fees" should be charged up front during booking and then credited back once you check out if nothing was damaged!!

Cool kind of hip hotel. After Covid restrictions lift would be good fun to hang out in the lobby/bar area. Pool table, sitting area, bar and fun vibe. Friendly staff, nice little cafeteria style food court with free brown bag breakfast available. Bags of ice, coffee etc. Would book same hotel in other cities in the future.

We were in Franklin to visit a friend. Unfortunately the hotel was about 12-15 minutes away from downtown Franklin, but we had a car and utilized Uber so it worked out. For the purpose of our visit I should have booked something closer. Thats on me.

We had one night booked, when chose to stay a second night, we were not honored with the same rate. We were charged more for our second night. The decision to stay a second not was made as we checked-in for our first night…. It felt tacky. We were exploited. Oh, well.

Great customer service, they accommodated an early check in which was great since we were headed to Nashville for the day and didn't return until late in the evening. Easy location to get in and out of

Excellent CS! Welcoming from moment we walked registered to checkout! Extremely Pup friendly! Perfect area for our visits with family. Definitely will come again! Thanks Everyone!

More breakfast/Brunch options would be nice.
