Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

Nice decor. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. The clerk at the day shift was made aware that I needed first floor due to knee problem and we were stuck 45 minutes on the closed highway not far from the hotel. I was very grateful we got the 1st floor room at the side parking lot and a door to get to it. Not many steps to the car.

Not a big deal but front desk has no other person when the regular steps away. So if you want to buy snacks you can’t. We stood at desk in the evening about 4 to 5 minutes. Our ice cream bars started melting. So we were just getting ready to put our stuff back when the clerk walked in. I think if they leave for a break there should be a sign stating when he will return.

Breakfast was good, area was very clean. Room was very clean, but a slight moldy smell. Bathroom had all the essentials. The young man Mark was very pleasant and provided everything we needed. I have a little ocd with cleanliness, I'm happy that our room was clean and met my expectations. I did not find bugs or bed bugs from this hotel. Thank goodness.

The pool seemed clean, but after dipping my hands, it smelled very musty. Though, the water was chlorinated, I could still smell the odor. I highly suggest to run a pool filter or cleaning system to prevent an overgrown of bacteria and possible sickness. One last thing, their was a possible coffee stain on the side of the mattress cover. The mattress was turned over to cover the stain, please clean mattress cover.

The hotel room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The front staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in a good location with restaurants and shopping nearby.

We were never able to connect to a secure internet service despite the instructions given to us. There was not a place to plug your phone charger in unless you had your own plug in for the electrical socket. Fortunately I had my own. I was not a fan of the eggs served at breakfast. Otherwise it was just okay.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. loved having the lemon water available.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs were not very tasty. Could maybe have it till 9:30 during week. We were in room 411. It rained while we were out, Came back & small leak in ceiling by desk that was leaking on carpet. I did call front desk to report.

All was well in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. I would certainly stay there again sand recommend it to others

Breakfast was unusual: we were given a ore choice of biscuit sandwich with egg and cheese, Irvine with sausage as well! These were served piping hot and were surprisingly good tasting. there were also some cereals and yogurt, but the overall variety was lacking. I commend the management for making a creative effort and don’t see the breakfast as a deal breaker!

I've been staying at this location for many years. The staff are all fantastic and have become like family. The hotel is clean and inviting and the location is prime to great shopping and restaurants. I couldn't recommend this place higher!

Wi-Fi has some issues, but I'm certain that they are working hard to get that back to normal.

The bed was great and the room was clean and very nice sized. Very close to many restaurants and shopping and all within walking distance.

Our room faced the back parking lot which would have been fine except the blackout curtains didn’t cover the window shears so the bright lights came through our windows all night long.

Location great. Breakfast good. Fruit would be nice.

Two times now on second night returning to our room, keys were deactivated. Very frustrating to have to go around building to desk to get in. No explanation or apology offered by staff. Staff needs to be more careful when undoing vacancies.

Breakfast was okay. Would like different fresh fruit, bananas, melon, berries. Elevator was small and luggage rack was HUGE but staff offered their assistance

Hotel was clean, room was clean and comfortable.

Front desk employee didn’t welcome us to the hotel, all business with not much of a smile. Very unlike the other hotels we stayed at where we were welcomed and thanked for staying. Just seemed dry but maybe there was a lot going on? Just my first impression thoughts.
