Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville South Cool Springs

Excellent location - easy to find. Great staff - all friendly, professional and happy to have a chat and make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and more than ample for 4 of us for a short stay and had good facilities within the room if we had needed. Whilst it was near a road we did not have any issues with sound either externally or internally. The food was very good - we ate for dinner and also the complimentary breakfast. Both were excellent but the breakfast was a real treat and a big step up from the usual 'complimentary' fare offered. I would highly recommend, and based on this stay would definitely book a stay at the same hotel/ chain again. Also, the manager or general manager walking around at breakfast and checking on guests was a really nice personal touch which made guests feel noticed and of value! Thank you.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Very kid friendly, all the workers seem so happy and like they truly are glad that we are there to stay with them. The rooms are very spacious and set up nicely. The next time my family needs a hotel to stay in I'm definitely looking for another Embassy Suites by Hilton. This was our first time staying at an embassy suites and it definitely will not be the last. We were so impressed by everything. The complementary snacks and drinks in the evening was a very nice gesture especially with little ones. And the breakfast was very well put together as well. Overall our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you Embassy Suites by Hilton for making us feel like family :)

When we arrived, the thermostat read it was 72 degrees in our room, and despite us changing the thermostat to the temperature we desired, the thermostat only changed by 1 degree lower. At one point, the temperature actually even rose a degree. The vents were blowing cool air, but the room temperature still didn't seem to change. It wasn't too hot by no means, just not as cool as we usually have it when we sleep. When we woke in the morning, our room was still reading 71. We had it set to 65.

I love having a suite. The extra room is a great option, especially when staying more than just a night. This living room was very spacious. The breakfast was great, love the made to order omelettes!. They also had a happy hour where you got 2 free drinks, vey nice. The atrium was very nice and although I did not use it the pool was nice as well. It is close to a variety of shopping and restaurants. Downtown Franklin, a sweet little town is about 15 minutes away by car. Uber over and walk around. Very historic.

There is a fitness room and it had several machines and free weights but it was pretty small. If it was busy it would have gotten crowded quickly. I would have liked some outdoor space. The weather was great and I would have enjoyed sitting out in the fresh air. There may have been some but I did not see it. As I was leaving I saw a sign designating a walking trail, so check it out.

Everything. My little ones enjoyed it so much! They loved how comfortable the beds were, including the sofa bed (even the extra blanket was very comfortable!) My littlest even commented about how he loved the shower. My older one, once we got home, said it was the best hotel ever because he really liked the sofa bed (he slept by himself, so he felt like a big kid even though it was the same room, it had that privacy). The pool was a saltwater pool, so that you can be very buoyant, and it doesn't have harsh chemicals. The cooked-to-order omelet bar was amazing! The chef at the station on January 1st was so funny and amicable, and he made excellent omelets! My husband and in-laws enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings. It was just an overall great experience.

Nothing. Maybe it would be nice to have a snack and drink vending machine that take debit/credit cards. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Breakfast

Check in wasn't what I had expected. I booked thru Booking.com for 11/3-11/6/22 the hotel only had me booked for 11/4-11/6/22 therefore I was charged the hotel room rate for 11/3 with charges to my card applied 3 different times at check in I was told the adjustment would be done at checkout. I was not informed of the the adjustments and charges on 11/4 that was applied to my card. Since we were staying for 3 days housekeeping wasn't available I requested additional towels and pillows on 11/4 thru the hotel automated system 😡 never received them I eventually went to front desk to get them.

Breakfast was great, rooms were wonderful, pool and workout area were very nice.

Though we completely understood that this was probably beyond the hotel's control, we would have liked having the trash emptied and fresh towels supplied on a daily basis without asking. One other point would have been that more hooks to hang up used towels would have allowed us to reuse our towels another day.

Comfy and staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues and needs. Close to everything you need in the area. Loved the living room area being separate from sleeping area with door. Made easy for kids.

Not happy about hotel Allowing loud group of guests to continue to chant and scream well past midnight down in lobby so loud that we could hear all night on 7th floor. But the hotel it self was no issue.

Great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Custom made omelettes were on point.

Room itself could have used some detailed repairs here and there. Pool was clean, but the bottom was covered in stainless steel bristles that must’ve come off of during the last scrubbing. Only problem is, they got stuck in your feet like needles. When I told the desk staff, they said they would wait till morning to tell their GM. I probably would have closed the pool, but maybe that’s asking too much.

Room was spacious and clean. Embassy Suites thinks of everything, including extra mirrors and outlets outside the bathroom (all the ladies know why this matters!).

Breakfast was fairly disappointing. There was a lot of food, but not much for those who don't eat carbs.

Lots of space and the ckeck-in staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean and had a free happy hour. Breakfast was better than expected.

The bartender did not want to be there. Asked if they had a food menu and he gave us a look and set up 2 cups of nuts. A simple no would have been sufficient. My wife and I both had one drink and left. We were planning on having 1 more drink after the happy hour ended, but this just kind of ruined it. Hotel was still extremely nice, not going to let one person ruin it who might just be having a bad day.
