Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin

The location was centrally located. it was a short drive to downtown, right next door to restaurants and a mall, and only a 10-20 minute drive to the ball fields we were going to. Breakfast was standard but decent, there are long lines and limited seating if you go later in the morning. It was easy to find as well. I work remotely and the Wifi was strong enough for me to take care of the things I needed to do while staying. Overall I would stay here again

we were on the first floor and noticed a weird smell in the common spaces but it wasn't in the room so it didn't bother us. I can't speak for the higher floors as we didn't go up there. Maintenance did decide to vacuum or something right outside our door at like 5:30 one morning but I think that was an isolated incident.

The property was clean, plenty of parking, staff was wonderful. Very nice and pleasant. Everything worked, our room was clean and very comfortable bedding. The products offered in the room were wonderful as well, the hand lotion, body wash, and hand soap I loved.

Finding it was hard because it was hidden behind trees and the sign is visible from the main road. The breakfast was also lackluster. Mostly just continental with dry sausage Pattie’s and weird tasting egg omelette. The waffles were good and the muffins were decent. Overall, not bad though.

Loved the location and the safe feeling the hotel gave us. The breakfast area and lobby was very clean and welcoming. The rooms had good space and were comfortable. Great service in the morning checking out.

The lobby was full of people hanging out and playing a game when we checked in after a long day of driving. Their voiced carried and it was hard to hear the lady checking us in at 12:15am. I felt like the lady behind the desk was annoyed when I would have to ask her to repeat herself, but she was naturally quiet and the people were quite loud. I got the impression she wasn't enthusiastic or even slightly happy we showed up. However, I know I had a long day and 5 kids to get settled in, and for all I know she had a long day of dealing with customers. So hopefully her night went well, and we were just thankful to have a cozy room to sleep in.

Located directly across from the mall, this hotel was very clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. We also visited the pool which did not have much seating around it, but that was not a problem since it wasn't terribly busy. The staff put out free cookies daily.

Breakfast was a typical self-serve continental breakfast, but there was also an option to grab a prepackaged breakfast on the go.

Location was perfect, facilities were clean, staff was friendly.

The next door restaurant (Johnathan's ) has employees, that after work, would socialize in the parking lot, revving their motors ( Blue Camero & a little black car ) and racing around their parking lot. Waking us up every night. Loved the Hotel but probably will not stay @ this location again because of this.

close to highway yet not so close as to hear noise. walking distance to several restraunts and shopping. delicious breakfast served great hours to meet all needs. as always bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. Room and hotel were clean.

Felt a little old in that when you flushed toilet and went to wash your hands water was scalding hot. I did report to front desk. She offered a new room but not worth changing rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. And we especially appreciated being able to bring my son & daughter-in-law's fur baby with us. It was also nice to be given a full breakfast with the room fee. A+ from our family.

There were kids running the hall for a bit when we first arrived. (Not any fault of the staff.)

The breakfast was very good, one of the best we've had in quite a while. Beds were very comfortable. A cable service would give better TV choices (the Weather Channel for example) than the satellite system currently in use.

I'd like to see Keurig type coffee makers in the rooms. Also, we had several issues with the hair dryers. We got a second one from the front desk but had the same issue with that one. Given the rise in Covid cases, especially in the South, it would be a good idea to require masks throughout the property.

The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are perfect. The room was super clean and smelled fresh upon arriving. The front desk gentleman is so accommodating. Went above and beyond to meet our needs with plastic ware. And check in was a breeze with his great attitude. I wish I could remember his name because he was memorable. We checked in on Oct 3 around 3pm. Great customer service.

No Microwave in Room. Housekeeping did not clean the room either day. 3/2 night stay!

Easy to find, close to restaurants, gas, & retail. Clean, friendly, safe, breakfast.

I had service charges on both rooms but no one would explain them to me. I paid an extra $20 that I have no idea what it's for. I've reached out to the facility with no reaponse.
