Free wifi in the room with good connectivity. Free netflix in the room. Car parking at the motel but motel is next to a larger public carpark so there's always space to park your car. We went for a late night stroll around the suburb and felt safe. The motel was located in the heart of the hustle and bustle but also a quiet residential area. The motel was at the back of the pub, a good distance away from the crowds. This motel is close to all the boutique shops, op shops and cafes making it very easy to walk to everything - no need to drive your car around during the day. The room was value for money. We paid $100 less than all the other guests attending a wedding. We saw their rooms - they were very modern but super tiny with barely any space for suitcases. Our room at the Imperial was HUGE (twice the size). I highly recommend staying here.

First time stayed here in Bowral. Could not fault our stay. Room was spacious and clean with the sofa and table and chairs. Accommodation is in excellent position at the northern end of the main road so easy walk to surrounding shops etc. Considering the cost of accommodation now the cost for our room was excellent and will be staying here again when we come to Bowral for any occassion

Only the inconsiderate guests next door barging into their room at 12am making a heap of noise.

Came for the borealis vines event. Booked the bus transport into the vines. Caught it for the 630pm session. Clean, quick walk to everything, super handy location. Convenient. Pub as well and accommodation set back from pub so no noise at all. Pub had great food too. We all ate there for dinner. My kids tried the brownie dessert ..a winner. I was too full to order desserts. Daughter tried the nachos - generous serve, chicken pie, can't remember the other 2 meals but all enjoyed! No pics sorry

So many things we like about our stay, and we will be back 1. easy and fast check in 2. location was amazing, so close to everything 3. the pub next door 4. friendly staff all round, checkin and pub 5. room was renovated and very clean

There are only 2 thinks we didn't like about our stay 1. Pillows were so soft, I woke up with a sore neck 2. you can hear everything from the next room, at 6am we could hear the neighbours talking and flicking switches

Location was in the area of our evening function, the room was tidy comfortable and noise from outside minimum. the overall facility was excellent

No explanation material on how to operate the TV and navigate the channels - trying to find the evening news was useless and spent ages trolling through the channels to find a commercial news channel not SBS or overseas channel just 7 or 9 would have been perfect - thank goodness we were out for the night at a function

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was within walking distance of the church we wanted to attend and the Bowral Tulip Festival. It was also within walking distance of restaurants and shops (the motel has its own restaurant which served excellent food). The spareribs and beef pot pie were really good. So were the burgers.

The bistro across the street had exceedingly loud live music in the evening.The town must have had a curfew or something, because the music and shouting stopped promptly at 10:00 p.m. We were afraid it might go into the early hours of the morning, but it didn't.

*request for quiet room was met. (rm13) thankyou. *spacious. *large firm bed mattress (personal preference) *very well-appointed. fridge tea/coffee making. biscuits. *phone to office in room. (no instructions tho and no answer)

*higher price due to Bowral Tulip Time. *tv remote difficult to adjust volume. needs manual. I googled and found 3 possible problems with this model: remote needed charging. remote can need a reset because this model can freeze. needs a manual to make choices easy. *jug to heat water. no microwave to heat food. almost all places we stay now have one as standard.

Location was central. The outside of the motel was aesthetically pleasing. Our room was surprisingly big. Great having Netflix available. Loved the hot chocolate sachets! Would definitely recommend to stay. Will stay again when heading back to the SH.

We would of eaten dinner at the Imperial (it felt like it had a warm ambiance and was certainly busy). We ended up getting takeaway. Arriving back in our room. I thought it would of been good to have forks in the room. Getting the takeaway, no cutlery was supplied with dinner (or offered) so when we sat down (in our room) to pasta there was only knives and spoons.

The room was spacious and clean and very quiet despite how many people were staying. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel itself was brilliant. It’s located in easy walking distance to everything and I would stay here again.

The beds could use updating and the bathroom are in desperate need of exhaust fans as it was winter and the condensation was really bad.

We found the room extremely comfortable with the hotel just a few steps away & close enough to the shops to walk into town quite easily

We took fruit, wine & other perishables which unfortunately all froze in the fridge
