We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect with a seperate room for the kids. We were going to arrive late for check in and would not have been able to prepare our breakfast from the dining room before they closed. The staff were amazing and put together a breakfast platter from their continental breakfast bar for the family so we didn’t miss out.

The location is tricky to get to and it requires a u-turn off the busy highway, if you are coming southbound. It also might be good to have lines in the carpark to keep everyone parking a bit more orderly.

We stayed two nights a week apart. The rooms were clean and quite large, and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being on a rather busy road, it was also very quiet.

On our first night, we arrived at 7.45 pm and collected our key, unpacked our bag and went to make a drink. The room had no glasses, and we noticed that the cutlery consisted of only one teaspoon. My partner went to the office to get some glasses only to find that it had closed at 8.00 pm. I then saw a notice to this effect near the TV, and that we were supposed to have collected our breakfast items from the office. No mention of any of this when I checked in! The office didn't open until 10.30 am! On the return trip, things were very different. The young man who served me explained the breakfast arrangements, etc. (at 5.30 pm). The room was even larger than the first, but the two armchairs provided had both seen better days and should be either resprung or replaced.

The complimentary continental breakfast was very good, you could get what you wanted from the supply and having orange juice was great. The air conditioner was very good and we used it all night to keep the room cool it wasn't too noisy. The staff were very helpful with my booking and adding rooms for additional family and were helpful in allowing us early check-in to get ready for the afternoon wedding. Very good motel, very good staff.

The lighting wasn't very good, especially for my elderly mother who needs good light to see. There were missing globes in the bedroom so only one small lamp worked.

Great size of room, bigger than expected. Large shower and bed was very comfy. Overall the room was pretty clean and we got a park right by the door which was super handy. Great value of money and in a good spot, right on the main road into town

We were told there would be breakfast available but each morning there was a “closed” sign on the reception door. This was especially hard as we have an 8 month old baby who needed breakfast at that time, we then had to go find somewhere to eat out as we didn’t buy breakfast for her as we assumed it was provided. We couldn’t close the bathroom window so there was quite a bit of noise to throughout the night.

Although dated the room was large and spotlessly clean. There was a microwave if needed. Heating was effective and quite. The room has full brick walls so was very private as well as resulting in minimal noise during the night. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The stay was excellent value for money.

Parking may have been a little tight but plenty of options were provided to guarantee a spot.

I liked that you had a continental breakfast included. You could choose whatever you required and have it in your room. I also liked that you could get any thing you required from a central area. It was obvious that the motel was always improving their facilities. The garden area and tables and chairs were a bonus.

The parking any where was a bit of a challenge.

Very friendly staff very clean, had a free complimentary breakfast which was nice. Let us book in a little earlier so we could get ready to attend a wedding later in the afternoon.

The parking, we came in about 10pm from the wedding and had to park across the otherside of the parking bay from our room, it was wet and cold. Couldnt get a spot to pack our car until just before we were ready to leave in the morning, so a number of trips back and forth in the damp.

When our car would not start next morning the owner went out of his way to try and help. The NRMA needed to come and they took two hours in which time we were told to still use our room, make ourselves a cuppa and keep warm. All with no thought of an extra charge. We eventually left at 12.00pm. The best customer service when needed.

room was clean and beds had electric blankets. complimentry breaky which you organise the day before put in your fridge. Which was great as we had to leave early in the morning. Had a selection of cereal toast fruit and juice as well as tea and coffee in room.

Nothing was bad. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was wrong with the room very comfy.

The room was very clean and motel easy to find for an overnight stay. The late check in system via a code to access the room key worked well.

We arrived late in the evening so could not pick up breakfast ingredients until the next morning. I just grabbed some bread and jam to toast but it was a little disorganized by the time I got there.
