Facilities were excellent and grounds great to be in. The staff were extremely helpful and responded to questions and requests promptly. Buffet breakfast (2 mornings) fruit, cereals & pastries were excellent.

The buffet breakfast hot offering s were a great range of offerings but were cold and weren't kept hot. Coffee machines didn't function properly. Staff assisted where they could. The entrance was awkward to enter due mainly to the placement of the double lines at the entrance. Don't follow Google maps religiously other wise you drive around a big block needlessly. Once inside the driveway the access was straightforward

Room spotlessly clean and spacious. Bathroom toiletries provided including slip ons (no bathrobe). Good selection from Buffet Breakfast, nicely prepared. Magnificent view of golf course with pond and fountain from restaurant (and many of Rooms) so peaceful, relaxing, private, quiet. Lovely background piano music in restaurant and main areas. Dinner nicely prepared .. ordered Duck. Staff delightful and helpful. Parking close to Room.

Room was a little cool first night, housekeeping staff sorted out. Few more Fox Channels needed.

It is a well appointed hotel with a beautiful view over the golf course from the restaurant. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. The room and bed were awesome and it would have the biggest bathroom of anywhere I’ve ever stayed.

The property is a little ways away from the centre of town and I thought the restaurant and bar would have been busier. Because there was only me at the bar, the staff would disappear to keep themselves busy leaving me to wait for service at times. It was also a long weekend so it was far from a budget stay 🤪

LOVED the lighting in the bathroom, made it very easy to go to bathroom and not wake the family up. The pool was a perfect temperature (not too hot or too cold) although a little inconsistent. Very peaceful location so nice and quiet. The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom shampoo/conditioner/wash pots were exceptional!

The cups in the room were too small to have a good cup of tea. I prefer real milk with my tea. Not sure the water was great for drinking (tasted funny) so more bottled water would be good. The rooms were too hot so we did not sleep well.

the room was huge and super luxe. the king bed was comfortable (although sagging a little in the middle from use over time, so it didnt have as much support for me and i had to sleep towards the middle of the bed to get better support). the bathroom was very big (but the design had a wide ledge next to the bathtub which was a bit of dead space). the rain shower head was lovely and the water pressure was strong. the hotel is still relatively new so all the facilities and room features are still new, the pool was a good feature. the hotel seems to be a popular function destination so there were 2 events on the weekend we were there, which meant the restaurant was closed to the function so we had to pop over to Peppers next door to eat at their restaurant when we arrived on Friday night.

we booked a Gibraltar room which the website said had lake views but we were given a Gibraltar room which faced the car park. apparently there are some Gibraltar rooms which can also face the car park but are considered to be superior due to the large bathtub. we went with another couple who also booked a Gibraltar room and they got lake views so it was a bit disappointing.

The staff and our room were both exceptional. Our room was very clean with all the necessities that you would expect. The breakfast service was also exceptional, the restaurant staff did everything they could to make our stay very comfortable and accommodated our requests with grace. Parking was easy.

We were unable to control the air conditioning in our room. We felt it could have been warmer but despite trying to adjust the controls, the room did not feel any warmer. We also felt the coffee cups in our room were too small and found it hard to hold the handle. The tiny long life milk that was provided could have been bigger.

The room was big, we had two queen beds and there was still plenty of space. The bathrooms are also spacious. The room was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. We had an amazing view of the golf course with its little lake and Mount Gibraltar in the background. The decor throughout the hotel is gorgeous and the bar is great for a post or pre-dinner drink. We didn't eat at the property so can't comment on the restaurant. There's also a swimming pool and tiny gym but that looked very clean and we would use it if we have time

There was nothing I didn't like, but the hotel isn't in town. You do have to drive if you want to go anywhere, out to dinner etc (unless you eat at the hotel). It's not particularly cheap but it's not really overpriced either. I think we are all getting used to inflated prices of post Covid!

Beautiful hotel. Oversize rooms and furniture - very lux. Check-in staff lovely. Peaceful location.

We were situated above a wedding party - so we paid a LOT of money to listen to music pumping up through the room. Surely it would have been better to put the wedding party in those rooms and keep all other guests looking for a peaceful retreat at the other end of the hotel. This is the only issue we had but it was enough to make it feel like we paid way too much to put up with that. No robes in room - not essential but the place was so amazing and lux it just seemed a bit odd?

We chose it as our last stop on a bit of a roadtrip for comfort and a nice warm pool to take our 3 and 4 yr old to and were not disappointed. The pool is great being indoor and heated but feels semi outside due to the large windows down one side. Breakfast was great. Dinner at the restaurant was nice but not quite worth the cost. The staff were so helpful to accommodate us with our young children including moving us to a room with a better view which took some juggling of bookings by the sound of their discussion.

Check in was easy. Our room was very clean, spacious with extremely comfy beds and pillows. Harvey's Bar was the perfect place to sit and relax, while enjoying an afternoon bevvy. Buffet breakfast was $35.00 pp and very delicious.

Just something small. The cleaners cleaning the rooms went out on the second level balcony smoking a number of times to smoke, they'd leave the door open, and the smoke would waft back into the corridor.
