We stayed in the cottage for 3 nights whilst driving between Brisbane and Sydney. Both the cottage and Leura exceeded our expectations and the staff were wonderful. An older property with a front verandah to sit and watch the world go by. Full kitchen with all the equipment you needed to self cater. Washer & Dryer also available. The Woolworth supermarket in Leura Mall was only a 7 minute walk away, but it was actually a quiet location with a small park next door. There is also a bakehouse close by for Pies, Cakes and Pastries. Room for multiple cars on the drive and around the back. Great location to see all of the sights around the Blue Mountains.

It’s the best accommodation I have ever booked via booking thru out all these years. It’s really really amazing and beyond description. The clean and well kept house, the owner has great taste to decorate the lovely place. The exceptional staff Monique. Ever ready for help and so kind. We regretted only booked for 2 nights! I will strongly recommend anyone who came across this to book it immediately! Don’t miss it!

How can there be anything that I didn’t like? My family love it to the max.

Everything we needed, very thoughtful for a lovely stay. Exceptionally clean!! Bed and pillows comfy and linen crisp. The price was affordable for us compared to other properties, excellent value. Great location.

Needed more kindling for the fire and wood was slightly damp (unavoidable due to recent rain), but maybe worth purchasing some dry wood. Made lighting the fire very challenging! We collected some drier kindling to use! Appreciated the firelighters.

A lovely spacious cottage, generous rooms, quality furnishings.

No wifi. I did not realise until the check-in instructions came through, otherwise I would not have booked this property. In this century I believe wifi should be standard. It would add very little to the running expenses of a property. People like to catch up on movies etc when they are on holidays and old DVDs of Clark Gable or Audrey Hepburn are not a substitute.

The house is beautiful - specious, warm, well furnished/decorated with loads of space. The kitchen was well appointed with pantry basics and the beds were super comfortable. The showers and spa were great too. The location is fantastic - in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood that is so close to plenty of bush walks and lookouts and only a short drive to the shops.

The house is charming and well-appointed. The main living area is spacious and light, but it still heated up quickly with the central heating. The location is excellent, in a neighbourhood with beautiful well-established gardens and in close proximity to spectacular lookout points.

The shower had mould around the base. The host was rather rude and grumpy when we were a bit late to check out.

Host was so lovely & helpful. Monique called me before we left home with tips on where to go given our family makeup (2 teens wanting independence + an 8yo). Nice to arrive with stove heating on. Location brilliant - close to a lot of great walks & less than 10 min from Leura or 15 from Katoomba.

Wi-Fi would have been nice. Though we had good enough reception for kids to hotspot off our phones

The house was clean and cosy. The staff was fast and helpful in replying to my enquiries. The town which is less than 10 min drive away has a coffee and pastry shop for breakfast, a grocery shop and a pub in a hotel. The house also has a full range of cookware to make meals if needed. We like the thoughtfulness of having the house lighted and heated up for us when we arrived in the evening when it was dark and chilly.

We didn't like the fact that internet was not available.

Probably the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed for a family holiday. The kitchen came with everything we need for cooking with plenty of cutlery and crockery. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa. The location was excellent - quiet, but close to the bush and beautiful views and walking trails. Monique was friendly, informative and helpful.

great size, has everything we needed for a relaxing weekend, the fire place was amazing. BBQ son the balcony, plenty of room for the entire family. Outstanding location with everything close by, but far enough away that we didn’t get bothered by the tourists that accompany the area on the weekend. highly recommended

it was had to find anything wrong about the property, the only thing I could find is that the blue tooth didn’t work in the stereo. no big deal
