Close to Darling Harbour for the ferry and Wynyard Station for the train, buses also stop close by, we also walked to the Rocks area, Cicular Quay and QV building. We had x2 studio rooms on the 4th floor, we requested adjoining rooms, but this was not possible when we booked. Beds comfortable. There was some traffic noise, but no more than expected for staying in the city. Microwave, 2 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster and fridge; so we were able to cook some food in the rooms. Supermarkets close by in Wynyard station. Rivareno Gelato can be recommended. Would stay again.

The rooms could do with a "spring clean" - high and low dusting.

Staff are brilliant, clear, helpful. Location is fantastic in terms of public transport, especially to and from the airport, and the ease to walk everywhere you want to go. Cooking facilities are great, particularly the stuff in the cupboards.

Location is bad in terms of aesthetics, but once you're inside, draw the curtains. Don't worry about a balcony or similar, it's not worth it! Apart from that, it was exactly what I expected. It's got all the things you need, with a few signs of rushed renovation but it doesn't make a difference.

Location brilliant as so central, supplies a little basic, ie no teaspoons, but when we asked for more bin bags, toilet rolls, dish detergent were more than happy to provide. Overall property appeared a little tired, but would still recommend.

Greater attention to supplies in rooms

The location was amazing. Right in the city. 2 minute walk to Bangaroo Harbour, 10 minutes to shopping, Circular Quay and the Rocks, amazing eateries and wine bars. I'll be honest I was apprehensive after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by my accommodation. I was in an apartment that had been refurbished. It was clean, spacious and modern. Bed was comfy

It was extremely hard to find. I kept driving over it as the express way was directly over the apartments. You need to find George, Margaret and Kent St to directly arrive at it. If you don't like traffic noise, people noise and general city noise this place is not for you. It's smack bang in the middle of everything and you hear everything. Personally this wasn't an issue for me. People also live in these apartments so there will be food smells and general living noise.

This property is incredibly central for everything in Central Sydney and yet is 100m from a main metro station that links to the Airport directly in 35 minutes. The studios are clean, comfortable and well equipped.

This property is great value for money in central Sydney but do expect road noise and don’t expect sunshine as it’s built under an underpass. This is a place to sleep, with earplugs, and then go out and enjoy the daytime and evenings in downtown Sydney which is just footsteps away.

I liked the location once I was able to discern where I was! It is tricky to find - I was in a taxi and Sydney traffic lights are abominable from Central railway, I soon found out I was near Wynyard which was excellent. Fantastic ladies at reception. So helpful and friendly. Spacious apartment and I felt like no-one was nearby Re other guests (private). Little balcony with sliding door was nice to check out the lights of Sydney. Appreciated having a box of tissues in the room and cooking facilities were very handy.

Noise of Sydney city was a bit troubling but I had ear plugs which remedied that.

LOCATION Transport - Close to Train and Light Rail Sightseeing - Close to Circular Quay for ferries on the harbour, Sydney Opera House, and Harbour Bridge. Light rail will quickly take you to the Town Hall, Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Tower, Westfield shopping in the CBD. A few more stops will take you to Chinatown in walking distance of Darling Harbour. Food - Many choices to grab a bite to restaurants within a short walking distance ROOM For being under a major highway, this room on the fourth floor was quiet, up from street traffic and as requested away from lifts. If someone wanted to make and serve meals in the room, everything one would need for most every dish is on hand. During my stay, Sydney recorded the most humid day on record and the air con worked very well to help me cool down. I can't comment on the quality of the free wi-fi as I used only my Australian mobile service provider.

The floor could have been cleaner in the corners. FYI - This is a serviced apartment. As I stayed for less than 7 nights, no service was provided. If one needed a top-up on toilet paper, shampoo, etc., just ask at the desk. Additional towels may incur an additional charge. FYI - This is a 'partner' booking.com accommodation with the owner of that apartment in the building. It is up for auction in February 2024. FYI - A 10% VAT Charge was made for this booking which is also included in the daily rate. In fairness to Booking.com, I will make an enquiry about the charge.

Location and room size was great. Bathroom big and modern renovations.

The kitchenette was a bit sparse. No wine glasses, only one spirit glass, one tumbler glass and one small glass, a bit hap hazard. No microwave containers and one saucepan. Definitely need more kitchen items. The bed was OK. Pillows not great. The "lounge chairs" were very hard and uncomfortable. The photos actually show a lounge. The dining chairs flimsy and one was uneven and felt it could break. Cheap furniture. Would be a lot nicer with a furniture upgrade. Fel;t cheaply decorated.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was right in the heart of city and where I wanted to go whilst I visited Sydney. Baranagaroo is 5 minutes walk where you can drink and dine. Public transport - train and light rail - is also 5 minutes or so away. The room was spacious, clean and it was really dark when you slept. The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to answer any questions or listen to feedback.

I didn't have much of an issue but it might be fair to mention sometimes early traffic or sirens in the morning could wake you up. However, if you have things to do and sights to see, an extra "wake-up" call can't hurt. I slept fine on all nights.
