Great location, a few minutes away from the station where you can catch a train to the city center. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great to see affordable laundry service in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchenette is a great addition.

Even though you could request cleaning every day, it didn't look like the staff cleaned a room fully. I don't think the room was ever vacuumed and I actually had to explicitly request shampoo/conditioner to be refilled as the housekeeping staff didn't do it (in one case, the bottle was empty already when we checked in). Actually, after switching a room after 4 days (on our request and because of a new booking), we were happy to get it changed as this meant a fully cleaned up room.

Great location and great facilities

This is not a managed apartment! In the 20 days we stayed it was not properly cleaned once and after the first 7 days its was a fight every day! Constant discussion to reception to get clean towels and toilet roll! At one point handed toilet roll and towels at reception. Also told it only gets cleaned once a week and clean towels once a week! I asked so basic human right for a toilet roll! Really lets itself down as it is a great place, fab location but it does not clean! Also window had not been cleaned from previous stay and a rude message left. Reported the first week and 2 weeks later checking out still there! cleaning shpuld be a priority for guests. Clean rooms helps you to rebook! also reception not interested at all to help paid me lip service every day.

The location was perfect for our trip. It was a brilliant base for our few days in Sydney. Lots of space in the room and really liked the kitchenette. Very quiet hotel and felt safe.

The staff weren’t the most helpful. We had difficulty with the air conditioning one day and the staff made us feel like it was an inconvenience to check out. We also asked about freshening up the room. We were staying for four nights. We were told we were only entitled to one freshen up during our stay. We asked for more coffee pods and milk and were refused by the staff member on duty. They weren’t the friendliest.

Veriu Green Square was a pleasant stay. The room's interior was very nice, the furniture is well maintained and seemed brand new. It was also clean and had a nice smell. The room was well equipped with various useful utensils such as plates, pans, cups and also a microwave, sink and stove. The bed was very comfy and was just the perfect firmness to soft feel I prefer. The stay is conveniently located near the Green Square train station (about 2-3 minute walk) and a business area that has some restaurants.

I personally wished the staff were more friendly however they were very professional and did their work well. Elevator is kind of slow.

Location is perfect, so close to the train, about a 30 second walk, and easy to walk to places too. This train line services airport and city loop so is very convenient. The hotel is very nice, stylish, clean and well appointed. A cafe downstairs with nice food, as well as snack shop in the lobby. A pod coffee machine in each room! Kitchenette with cutlery and crockery provided. Plus toiletries provided in the bathroom. The staff were efficient and nice. The decor is cool. The blackout curtains were astonishingly effective! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was really great but if I had to be picky and fault anything I'd say the bed was a little too hard and I did end up with sore hips after 3 nights on it.

The location is convenient as it is near the Green Square train station and takes only minutes to get to the airport. The staff were very welcoming and informative. They suggested us a great dining spot in the area on our first day and provided free storage service before our check-in time and after our check-out time. Our quad suite is clean and comfortable, just as the advertised images. Especially, the included coffee in the kitchen tasted amazing. Having an ironing board was very handy! The cleaning staff tidied our beds and the bathroom when we were away during the day, everything else was in the same place, which was very nice. On ground floor there is a cafe and they have happy hour with very good prices. There are also many good restaurants in walking distance.

The city view is not very interesting because of construction, but it isn't a big problem since we're out all day and only come back to sleep. If the kitchen had had dish soap and dish scrub, it would have been perfect to clean the cups after finishing coffee, but it was just a minor thing as we didn't plan to cook anyway.

If you are lucky enough to be hosted by Ingram, you and your family are going to have a lovely stay. Since we arrived at the property she was extremely helpful. The price is super fair for all the services in the hotel, the room is bigger than you can see in the pictures, the cleaning services are great and the room has a lovely distribution. Also, the location is amazing! The snack bar in the lounge area is nice and affordable and the added restaurant/ cafe is cute and full of tasty dishes!

That they do not have breakfast included, but that is just me being demanding.

Just a few mins walk from the station. I loved the cafe downstairs for breakfast, dinner and the cocktails were brilliant & everything is so reasonably priced. I was very happy staying there. Good wifi too and it was quiet.

Not much that I didn’t like at all. I wish the gym was bigger as it’s the size of a closet. Way too small, might as well not have a gym at all. I wasn’t too happy to see the staff occupying the drop off car space which is meant for guests to ‘drop off’ their bags hence why the space had ‘drop off’ written there. Instead when I went to drop off I had nowhere to temporarily park my car!

The convenient. We booked the property for its proximity to the airport. It took us 10 minutes to get to the airport carpark by car. There was a McDonald's <5 min away and green square train station as well. In the periphery, there was also areas for walks and children to play. The property was well maintained, spark clean. We had a suite for 4 people. King size bed with a bunk bed. Our children loved their beds. The kind bed was just as comfy. Perfect water pressure in the shower. The room also came with an induction cook top, full size fridge. For the price we paid , the facilities were above and beyond.

Expensive parking- $45 for one night - if I was to complain about anything. But then again , the comfort and convenience we had outweighs it.

My stay was nice, clean apartment. Great having a mini kitchenette when having small kids stay

I found it hard to contact the venue as I needed to add an extra bed to the room. When I finally got hold of someone, they said it should be fine. We received a cot when we got their and was unable to provide is with an extra bed. We all shared a bed. Staff were nice, but not very warm. I asked for gst receipt as I need it for my business, They said it will be emailed to me after my stay. A bit weird where I should get it when I paid which was when I checked in. Still waiting for it.
