We loved how spacious and CLEAN our room was, so satisfied (hats off to the cleaning staff 💖). Enjoyed our balcony view of the harbour. The breakfast staff were soo friendly and warm. The food was fantastic, very filling!! Loved that our floor had free laundry, which came in handy 😀 thank you so much. We really appreciate this. Be coming back for sure 💯😊

The only thing was parking, not enough car space for the hotel guests. The morning period was fine. At night, we had to park outside on the main street for a few nights because we missed out, but either then that, that's the only fault.

Room is big , carpet is clean , bed is clean , The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. the Restaurant offer nice and good price for the breakfest . the staff at reception is very welcome and helpful , I am satisfied with them .

The air conditioner in the living room needs to be repaired, the fan is very noisy, and the air conditioner has not been used for my during. The bed, the pillows had some damp smell and needed a deep cleaning, maybe the apartment is near the sea and there is a lot of moisture in the air.

Size of room, balcony and view, and cleanliness and overall location was beautiful.

Pool needs retiling, quite sharp pieces of tile in the pool. Unable to order a cocktail at the bar due to Christmas parties taking place in the area. It didn't seem like a good excuse not to serve a drink as everyone was drinking around us. Left swimmers in the bathroom but housekeeping did not find them apparently, so lost my new expensive swimmers.

The view from the room was exceptional! Couldn't have asked for a better view. Also really like the large areas, especially the bathroom. Bonus for having two different air conditioners, really helped to balance it out and keep it cool.

There was moist on the carpet the living room, which was supposed to be looked at ... but I never heard that anyone from the staff had a look at it.

the daily cleaning and update of items was minimal. Barely got new towels, no cleaning of the bathroom, no dish cloth, tea towel, bath mat replacement, no tissue, tea and coffee replacement. no bed made etc. From previous stays at other hotels daily service of rooms included everything. Bed made, towels replaced, tea, coffee etc all replaced. it’s always lovely to come to a nice clean room! Also need Foxtel as free to air tv is not good. loved the comfy chair but should have seated two!

Facilities were extremely clean, tidy, and exactly what we like when staying somewhere. The restaurant on site served the most beautiful food, and their service was spot on. Highly recommend this place to stay. A little outside of town but situated overlooking the harbour and boats. And to top it off, excellent WiFi 👌

Location is great, food and service was great. Beautiful views.

This is not the fault of the property but the constant drag racing, burnouts and revving of car/bike engines all hours of the night most nights on the road outside of the hotel really affected the quality of my stay.

Warm welcome on arrival. The room was available early, which was great as we arrived at about 11.30. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We were on the top floor and had great views of the marina. However, the Mantra is in need of maintenance. Decor is a little outdated and does need some TLC.

Room was great and the view was very nice. Meals were wonderful and good value. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bar had limited opening hours, there was no clear information on how to use the facilities. The staff were great but there seemed to be a shortage of staff in the restaurant.

We really loved the restaurant including breakfast and dinner, when we were able to access..(due to closure over Christmas) The meals were wonderful and we wished we could have attended more often.

We were so disappointed when we expected at least one restaurant in the Marina precinct would be open some of the time, but nothing was open at all Christmas Day or Boxing day).
