Fantastic location. Waterpark, Yeppoon Lagoon and town centre all within walking distance. Our 2year old grandson loved the Keppel Krackin water park right out the front. Great cafe Lure Living close by. Beds super comfortable. Apartment spacious and a smart TV.

Bookings.com advertised the room with a sofa bed so I invited my son and daughter-in-law to come with us as I thought there were enough beds but the apartment did not have a sofa bed. Echelon staff were super helpful and provided a roll away bed for us for extra $30 per night. Note to self.. ring property and check bedding arrangements before booking!

I liked everything about Echelon Apartments at Yeppoon. From the minute we checked in until we checked out 4 days later it was 5 star all the way. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our apartment was roomy and accommodated my newly diagnosed disability. I was hesitant to stay in a multi story complex but I need not have wasted my time. The Echelon Apartments are well equipped for those with a disability. Situated in the centre of Yeppoons main street it is within walking distance to Keppel Bay Sailing Club, Jet James Art Gallery, Ripcurl, and the ever engaging Hippie Garage store and a multitude of beautifu lshops and cafes. All worth visiting. So it's 10 /10 from me.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location is perfect for any kind of traveller looking to explore Yeppoon town on foot. Literally across the road is the Kraken, a free water park for smaller kids. Wander down the road and you have the lagoon, a free pool with neighbouring skatepark and park for the kids as well as food and drink options. Coffee right outside your door. Beds were reasonably comfortable and a great big living space was fantastic. We had a brilliant stay and will be back again! Staff were friendly and helped store some things when we went to keppel for 2 nights

We stayed in two different rooms on our stay and both had rooms with not enough light being blocked out. I woke up way too early because of early morning light, or lights from the general areas that are lit at night. Blockout blinds would make the world of difference here. Also adding a few more sachets of dish and clothes washing powder would be appreciated.

Beautiful large three bedroom apartment. Rooms were spacious and one bedroom on bottom level. Walk out of room and straight into pool area. Lift takes you straight down to street level where you will find many food options and walk straight over the road to the beautiful beach. Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Double secured car space for three bedroom rooms. Trolleys available at reception for luggage. Breathtaking views from verandah and upstairs room. Large table and chairs on verandah to sit and enjoy the view.

For the price you pay you would expect there to be one shampoo, soap and conditioner per person but only one of each per bathroom. Was missing towels also. I am sure that could have been rectified with a call to reception. But we made do since we only stayed one night on a weekend with short reception hours. Spa bath jets were extremely high powered and water did go on floor. You are on the esplanade so lots of noise from traffic and birds in trees across the road. Once doors are closed it blocks most of it out. Huge windows and glass doors out to the verandah so you can still see the amazing views with doors shut.

Communication getting back to me about the beds, for medical reasons. never happened, Room not well cleaned, eg tiles and air -con filters near completely blocked obviously why it didn't work that well. Photos taken

Beach front, large comfortable rooms with good quality bedding. Was convenient to have car parking at the bottom of the complex. Staff were helpful and assisted us to organise transfers from airport when our car hire was delayed. Good communication which made for a smooth check in process. Kitchen was well equiped and bbq on rooftop which allowed us to cook there. Amazing beach views with Keppel islands in the distance. Best location in Yeppoon!

Old red leather couches could use updating to something more contemporary and less worn.

Loved location and layout. Plenty of space for the kids and activities. Full fridge and kitchen made it easier to feed everyone. Can lay in bed and see the sunrise. Or stand in the shower and see the sunrise. The back rooms were well protected from street noise and dark for sleeping in.

The floors didn't feel overly clean. Like there was still sand left behind and we hadn't gone to the beach. There were ants everywhere on the 4th floor. The dishwasher does a weird beeping thing when its finished, which was fun trying to work out at 2am. The spa jets are now clean - but we're pretty gross when we used them.

The location is perfect with fabulous views of the foreshore and sea. The layout of the penthouse unit worked perfectly for our family group including grandparents, with everyone having a private space & bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed & the table & lounges were big enough for all. Free underground parking was great

We wish we could have stayed longer, however it was heavily booked (as you would expect during school holidays) & became too expensive to stay longer than 5 days. I would live there if I could afford it!

The location was excellent, right in the centre of all the shops, cafes and restaurants, and a short walk to the supermarket. Our apartment was at the back of the complex, which did not have a view, but was a bonus, as it was relatively quiet, set back from the main road and the nightly soundtrack of the roosting, rowdy rosellas.

There weren't very many lounges available for guests up at the pool, but it was school holidays at the time, and so lots of children in the pool was to be expected.

Amazing location, town facing view was beautiful also. Very friendly staff. Rooftop pool was gorgeous with an amazing view and facilities. Great modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. Huge balcony , amazing sunsets!

The kids room window could be easily opened and had no screen or limiter which was very scary as the fall from the window is several stories high. I had to use a broom to wedge this shut to stop the kids from accessing. The front door banged all day and night due to the wind. The door required a chair to be up against it at all times to stop the banging.
