Parking was hit and miss. no allocated park and if you were back later in the day all parks including visitor parks would be taken leaving us with no where to park our car

)the spa bath in room was awesome fitted me and my partner but a jacuzzi where the pool is would be the go, room was nice great value for money the day spa treatments where phenomenal

The spa pool could be available to guests that would change everything and put Yous on the map if guests had access to it day or night especially night time or during winter, would be amazing but you have to book and pay 20 dollars , you could work something out where guests pay 10 Bux per head per day for key card to access spa pool/jacuzzi, the spa in bedroom is beautiful but something bigger like the one the day spa has would be the go., Just needed room service and Yous should have a shop for guests to buy certain foods pre made meals and cigarettes and sweets I cream etc

Booking in was a bit difficult, receptionist said that Booking.com gets type of room wrong in their description & price. Receptionist said I booked a basic room, which wasn’t the case. Receptionist was polite & our room booking was eventually sorted out & we were very happy with room 21 that we were allocated for 2 nights. Roslyn Bay resort needs to iron out any problems that they may have with Booking.com. We have never had a problem with Booking.com, we book through them often.

Warm, friendly welcome on arrival.. our two bedroom apartment was comfortable with large balcony.. we were on the first floor with ocean view, tho predominantly south facing so sunshine til 9am only.. there is no lift in this three level complex, lucky there was a ramp which services the first floor only.. well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer, handy after a long road trip.. very nice restaurant on site, delicious food! Location is beautiful!

Older style apartment, the roller blinds hard to operate as mechanism corroding.. the lounge is quite comfortable but needs a clean.. the stairs could be a challenge if you have old knees..

Staff were all very obliging and willing to help especially Charlie. Room with sea views was perfect. Great for us as retirees. Plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. No need to drive in the evening as restaurants were superb.

Our son asked us if would be suitable for his family. He has 3 children aged 2 , 4 and 7. As you know kids of this age need a lot of attention and attractions. Things to occupy them. We had to be truthful and tell them there wasn’t anything much for the children to be kept occupied.

I thought it was a good location and very relaxing. The room was roomy and I loved the furniture. It had the cleanest louvres I have ever seen. I had a good view of the pool and the outside of the restaurant. If I had wanted a drink or a snack there was an enormous selection to choose from. The reception was very friendly when I arrived early and they were very kind by organising early entry into my room. The room was clean and smelt clean. Plenty of cooking appliances if I wanted to cook anything to eat.

The bathroom paint above the cistern has a crack along horizontally and its begun to peel off. The sink's tap needs the washer replaced as it is leaking.

Loved how they knew it was us upon checking in, made us feel very special especially they remembered our room preference (3rd floor) The room we stayed in was the same room we had last time but can see a huge improvement on cleanliness, it was clean before but much cleaner this time around considering we can be quite fussy. Can never fault the location, perfect for relaxation.

I probably would love to see them reduce the security deposit. Also a better wifi connection. The TV in Room 25 can improve as well (size wise) Also a better blockout curtain.

The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. You are only a few hundred metres from the port and some amazing rock formations. The beds were very comfortable and the staff are lovely and helpful with flexible check-in and out times.

The resort is in a little part of Yeppoon where you aren't walking distance from the main part of town or the beaches. You are right by the port, but need a car to get most other places.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosslyn Bay Resort. Waking up to views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash at night was just what we were after for a holiday. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the ease of walking across to the beach, rocks and boat harbour. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and its just a short drive to Emu Park or Yeppoon.

Receptionist upon arrival is very friendly and attentive, which I believe is the most important thing for customers. Well done and keep up the great hospitality.

Parking?...I am not sure if all those cars parked do belong to the people staying at the hotel because at one point, we came back late and the parking area closed our room is already taken.
