Excellent central location, very clean and tidy room, excellent amenities provided, great off street parking close to room, very friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet hotel ensured a great night’s sleep.

Minor issue with flaky WiFi, not a problem for low level web browsing etc but not strong enough for anything like watching video. Not a major problem for us, but something To be aware of.

Location, close to eateries and shops.

The shower head was 'broken' and did not stay upright, it had to be held by us whilst trying to shower. The water was spraying everywhere. The reception was closed by the time we had a shower. The next morning, the reception was not open at the time stated on the door, we went for a walk, and I decided not to shower as I didn't want to go through the palaver again. I did tell the reception later on and they said we could have called the after-hours number. Other than that, the place was absolutely lovely and clean and smelt nice and was a nice place to stay. We would stay again.

Location was great, room was big, very clean was great to have a kitchenette. Staff were lovely - contacted us soon after we left to let us know we had left something behind in time for us to turn back to collect. This motel was so good compared to the hotel we stayed in in Adelaide.

That we couldn't stay longer! The bed was a bit too firm for us but the friends we were travelling with liked the firmness.

Really lovely warm welcome from Bettina. Room had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Clean and quiet. Bettina suggested a walk to the lighthouse to see wallabies and we did! Had dinner next door at the Thai restaurant which was very good. A friendly and very pleasant motel in a pretty town.

Centrally located to all parts of Queenscliff. it was very clean and tidy, and a credit to the owners. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy and it presents extremely good value. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the Ruby unit to all of our friends, and those who read these comments. Really nice place to stay 👍👍

Central location in town, nice two bed apartment well equipped and furnished. Exceptionally clean, nice soft towels and very comfy beds with nice crisp sheets - excellent nights sleep.

Not the prettiest outlook in town but good value for money and good location, handy for everything.

We loved our holiday in Port Fairy. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. It is a beautiful beachside place with none of the takeaways etc. Walks were wonderful and the motel is in the Main Street but it was very quiet.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, right in the middle of town. When we left - my daughter left her toiletries behind and they were duly packaged up and posted to us! Brilliant

No heating in our bedroom but the rest of the apartment was toasty but we did have electric blankets

Ashmont is on minutes from the main cafe and dining precinct, with a great coffee shop 25 metres from the hotel supplying fresh roasted coffee. The room was clean and comfortable with the benefits of chromecast you are able to stream from your own device. Deane was more than helpful giving an insight into events happening in the town.

The only nice to have would have been an opening window on the wall near the sink to enable cross flow ventilation and have no ac on during night.

Location was great. Spacious room. Friendly staff.

The door lock didn’t work. It was a trial trying to get in. They need to replace the lock. Would have preferred 2 king size single beds for two friends sharing a room. Singles need to be catered for, not just families.
