Nicely located in the centre of town yet very quiet save for other guests which were never a problem, easy and plentiful parking, very friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, linen, towels etc, tea/coffee making facilities, which are always welcome! And Port Fairy itself was one of the nicest places we visited on our 2 month trip - would recommend!

Slight disappointment was that our ground floor room was very dark due to backing onto a high fence on a couple of metres away - I suspect that a first floor room would be a better option for more daylight. Wifi was a bit hit & miss in our room but that might not be so bad in other areas. No breakfast on offer but plenty of cafes/bakeries nearby so not really a problem.

We had a lovely welcome and were given the choice of two rooms. There is no aircon but the temperature made that ok. The room was small but very cosy and sweet and the facilities were good. The location is great, close to the main street and a few minutes walk to the quayside.

Air con is always useful but our room had windows on two sides which allowed a through draught.

Our room was a good size and very quiet. We liked that the windows were open and the room did not smell of overpowering air freshener. We were grateful that our host allowed us to stay in our room for an extra hour because the weather was awful. This meant we were warm and comfortable whilst waiting for a family event to begin.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and many tourist attractions.

I stayed here over the Xmas/new year break but not solo. As a solo traveller I would have appreciated a microwave in the room. Most places I’ve stayed do have them.

Perfect location right in the centre of town. Comfortable bed and enough space for an overnight stay.

The walls are thin so we could hear the kids next door screaming, luckily they went to bed before we switched off the TV. The tap water is shocking so we bought bottled water for our morning coffee - only later did we notice another tap right next to the toilet which had drinking water. A bigger notice re this near the tea/coffee making area would be good.

The location of the Motel was excellent. Right in the main street, with an exit to the street behind, so we reduced our walking around a little bit. Central Motel was indeed central to everything. Andrea (the receptionist) as cheerful and knowledgeable about attractions and dining availabililties as some venues not fully operational due to Covid lockdowns.

I must admit the double bed was very firm, as I have a very comfortable bed at home.

A very convenient location within the town centre where there were lots of eateries, grocery store nearby & within walking distance to Moyne River & Griffiths Island.

The Standard Twin Room was a little small for a family of three.

From the moment we checked in Angela (hope I got your name right), receptionist/housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. The rooms we had could be closed off to the rest of the motel, which then allowed us to be able to leave our doors open. There shower was also fantastic, water was hot and good pressure.
