Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. The location is very convenient..but...

The location is also the downside. It is close to the hauptbahnhof and hence it is very noisy and there are weird people hanging around the hotel at night.

the location is the best, right in front of the main train station of the city, where you can take trams and buses to go all around town. the room was big and extremely clean, tidy, and 100% sound proof . the hotel in general is great.

I missed having more options to have coffee at breakfast, as it was not easy to get non dairy free options to make yourself a nice cappuccino

Great hotel! I would definitly stay there again. We requested a quiet room and got one facing a quiet street or some kind of courtyard. No noise from the streets or other guests. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Nice chairs for sitting. Loved the sauna. They'll turn it on for you after hours if you want! Bathroom was spacious with a real door. Warm rooms in the winter. It's right across from the train station, and you take a tramway into town in about 10 minutes.

Shower had a very, very short glass panel to protect splashing on the floor. I love a tub, but the panel was so short when showering that water got everywhere. Walk to the city center isn't really scenic. We definitly preferred to take the tramway, which was easy enough with access across the street downstairs.

I brought my big dog no problem. parking garage entrance is just around the corner called BOE. located under the hotel so easy access from car to room use the elevator. the garage is enclosed and you need you hotel card to go in and out if it’s late. we stayed sat-Monday and paid €12 for parking and could go in and out whenever just make sure you validate your ticket at the front desk before u drive

Location was amazing, it was right outside the main station, making it easy to get to and from airports, as well as providing easy access to the tram and busses for trips within Graz. It was also very close to several supermarkets which made it easy for us to access any necessities. The room itself was a gem, with an impeccable view of the schlossberg It was an extremely clean and professional environment, the room was spacious and well styled. Added points for security as only people with hotel cards were allowed to access the lodging floors via lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with anything we needed from extra pillows to printing out our flight tickets! Air condition was amazing given the heat of the season, and the complementary tea and coffee and kettle provided by the hotel made for a lovely morning coffee with an amazing view.

Noisy guests in the hallway during the night. Maybe put up some signs to respect quiet hours. Rooms could use some touch of decor to improve atmosphere and style.

Excellent location in front of the train station, 24 hour reception, quiet room, nice mattress and pillows. I appreciated that in the bathroom with the shower gel there was also a body cream, very rare, and that the room was equipped with a coffee&tea maker (kettle+ coffee, tea, milk, white sugar). Also that I was let to check out an hour later.

Everything was great, just at arrival the reception was closed.. me and another passenger knocked about ten minutes.until the receptionists came. it was at 2 am in the night.

Very friendly staff, very nice hotel ideally located close to train station and parking. Breakfast was good and there was plenty even with the hotel being pretty crowded during the F1 weekend. I put an average on 'value for money' as it was extremely expensive due to the F1 weekend. Can't comment on what the value would be during normal weekends. But the stay overall was very well.
