The location is great, close to the city center. And the tram stop is nearby. The room was spacious. And the room was very clean which is the most important thing for me.

I don't like elevators, so I use a staircase most of the time. The staircase was dirty, spilled stuff etc. One of the girls working there was not very friendly. She wasn't rude, just doesn't seem like a type for that kind of job - working with people. It's very noisy if you want to have your windows open.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was big and had a hair dryer. the desk in the room was comfortable and Wifi worked well as I had some work to do. The location is near the main train station and 20 mins walk from the center.

The ventilator in bathroom was very loud, needs to be fixed. Staff were not very helpful, we couldn't sit in the main area to eat, they said it is only for breakfast which is a shame as the seating area would be very good spend time in it. Breakfast could be cheaper as 8.5 euros in Graz is not cheap. and cleaning person knocks on door at 9:30 am on a Sunday, which was not very comfortable.

The staff at the B&B hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and had functioning air conditioning to fight the heat. There was an elevator to reach the higher floors as well as a stairway. The B&B hotel is a little outside the old historic town, however, we got a nice first sight of the city during our walk there and the train station is close by as well.

Shower, as the water was only trickling, parking was in the shopping center across the street, the size of the room was a bit small even though space was well organized, reception staff was often unavailable although they were exceptionally kind and helpful

Location is great, right on the tram street, 10 mins walking distance from the city center, 5-6 walking distance from the main station. Toilet and bathroom were clean, bed sheets were neat and clean. There is a small balcony in my room which is super nice. Air condition was working perfectly. Although the room is on the street side there was almost no voice because of the windows and insulation of the rooms I assume. Victoria at the reception is very nice and friendly. Hanger and shelves spaces are quite enough.

There is no cabin or a glass separator in the bathroom so after shower all bathroom got soaked wet. Floors are covered with thin carpet even though it was clean it gives you the feeling that it might be not that clean. There is no fridge in the room, it might be good if it would be.

The hotel is almost what you'd expect from an urban, basic, honest Austrian accommodation. The whole experience was good, with just a few flaws that are detailed in the other section. Staff was helpful, perfect English on the house. Room/apartment we got was big enough for a family with 2 kids, with 2 separate rooms each having a queen bed and a big balcony as well. The view from 5th floor was great. Breakfast was simple (no cooked meal except for some boiled eggs) but good, we found everything that we needed in there. Good coffee as well. The location is pretty good, just 15 mins away walking from the city center, with a small but neat park just behind the hotel. As we arrived on a Saturday, we found a free parking place just between hotel and the park.

I was a little bit disappointed with the level of cleanliness in the bathroom, that could be improved for sure. Maybe it was just one occasion flaw, I can't tell for sure. The apartment was fitted with 2 sensor lights that were engaging at the smallest movement - we found quite during the night.

The reception had reduced opening times when we visited but the self check in machine was very simple to use. You get a room code rather than a key which was good so that you don't have to remember to take your key with you! Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the old town and about 5 minutes from the main railway station. It was nicely located to explore the city.

There is no car park but the hotel has a deal with a car park (which is pretty much opposite the hotel) which was very reasonably priced.

We stayed here previously, so no surprises - everything was as expected. The rooms are a good size, nice little balcony, a little parc just in the back of the hotel, 15 minutes by foot to the city center (there is also public transport - the tram station is 1 minute away). unfortunately, due to covid restrictions, some of the facilities were closed. easy check- in, check out; and at any hour (we arrived very late at nioght, and we left extremely early in the morning)

Very comfortable bed, big shower, no sun-light in the room (the curtains), the location-very close to the main station and very easy way to the city center, the store for food is a few steps back from the hotel,

Tram soundings, there wasn’t any restaurants in the area, the shops are closed on Sundays!,

The rooms are very large and quiet. In the back, you overlook the park. Some rooms have a terrace. Check-in is simple.

The breakfast isn't anything special so we didn't have it this time. That won't stop us from coming back though, as the Bahnhof is a 5 minute walk and one can get coffee or breakfast there.
