We liked the friendly atmosphere at the hotel, friendly and helpful people at the reception, the art at the corridors and the rooms. Large room with a lot of daylight, spacious and comfortable bathroom. Good mattress, soft pillow for my taste. We couldn't arrange the temperature in our room when we arrived and it was quite hot (24C) but we told at the reception the temperature we prefered (21C) and they arranged it immediately. For the 3 days of our stay it was regulated, perfect! Walking distance to the city center, nice walk by the river. We had a pleasant stay and we will choose again Lendhotel next time in Graz.

Disadvantage for our room (facing west at the main street) was the noise from the cars with open window. Impossible to sleep with open window which I like with mild weather. With closed window you hear nothing at all, problem solved. No fridge in the room.

I had an amazing experience at this fresh and innovative hotel from the moment I was warmly greeted at Reception to the genuine ‘Come back soon!’ on Departure day. Every need and comfort was anticipated and any requests met with cheerful enthusiasm. I will definitely be staying at this charming boutique hotel during my next trip to Graz!

Everything about this concept hotel was Perfect!

Very nicely furnished, very quiet and very clean.

The car park situation is a little awkward. A card is required to enter or leave the car park, which has to be collected from reception each time and returned immediately, i.e. you have to go to reception before parking and you have to borrow the card again each time you want to go to your car. Even after checking out, you have to go back to the hotel to return the card.

Really modern, spacious hotel a short walk from the old town of Graz. The rooftop was a cool too, though we didn't properly use it because it was winter and raining while we were there. Would definitely stay there again!

The windows are automatic, so you can only open or shut them with a light switch, and our window didn't open properly due to something broke in the automatic window system (it was a little warm in the room when we arrived).

Walking distance to city center. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Supermarkets are nearby. The hotel is clean and it is like staying in an art gallery. The room has a concept of minimalist. There is no fridge. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Though the breakfast is not wide spread, I enjoyed eggs prepared as per requested.

Include a small fridge will be perfect

Modern property, not too big, located right on the edge of a happening area, filled with cafes, restaurants and a cool museum. Controlled parking is conveniently located across the street, the rooftop lounge is cool, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Great location and contemporary furnishings (Motorsport fans will appreciate the F1 memorabilia in the lobby 👌) amazing breakfast and food! Only an hours (easy) drive to the Red Bull Ring for MotoGP. Walking distance to everything you need. Friendly staff and very clean! Highly recommend if staying in Graz.

No bar fridge in hotel room (maybe an aussie thing?)

Lendhotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting Graz. It is only about a 15-20 min walk to the old town. The breakfast is great and there is also a small fitness center on the top floor. The receptionist, Jan, was incredibly helpful with creating a split invoice and with letting me know what I should see around the city.

The main downside of Lendhotel is that it is a bit on the expensive side, at least by my standards (the place was about 130 Euro per night when I stayed there). You do get what you pay for, though! The other (minor) complaint that I had is that sometimes I had to wait a while (15-20 min) to get noticed by the waitstaff during breakfast to place my order.

Room was really nice. Bathroom looked great! Breakfast was really good and you could have it both inside or outside. Parking was right across from the hotel and very easy to use with a access card which you get when checking in. There is also a terrace on top of the hotel which is nice. Room was quiet and we could get a good night sleep. We didn't know Helmut Marko is the owner of that hotel so the F1 theme was a really nice surprise as we are car enthusiasts. You will find some F1 car parts displayed along with lots of signed drivers helmets.

The hotel had a "funky" vibe. I loved the wide corridors and all the artwork. I was glad the windows could open. The roof top gym was well equiped, modern and clean. The shower was strong and ht. The WiFi was adequate. The breakfast was totally satisfying. The staff were invariably friendly and polite and helpful.

The quality of the towels was ordinary.. A kettle in the room would have been useful for the late night bevarage before going to sleep.
