It’s a decent place to stay. Very centrally located and I don’t think I have any issues with anything at the hotel. The young lady that checked me in was delightful and helpful. Much appreciated!!!

I don’t think complaining about anything is beneficial so unless something is way out there messed up I remain grateful that places like this one exist.

A great little hotel in a good location. The area the hotel is in isn't brilliant, it's quite run down to be honest, but it's only 5 min walk to the main train station and from there another 5 min tram ride to the centre of Graz. What makes this hotel special is the staff. We were warmly greeted at reception and everyone was extremely nice to us throughout our 3 day stay, which was a change from the very cold reception we had in a hotel in Vienna the day before. The rooms are spotless although a little small but that can't be helped. There are no beside lockers, just very tiny shelves on each side enough for your phone but that's all really. There is a lounge area but it was closed for renovation when we were there, so we sat outside when having a drink. The breakfast was nice also. Don't expect a four star hotel experience but for value for money this hotel is an excellent choice.

The hotel location is not great but it's very close to the main train station.

Great hotel for a great price at a central location, 2-3 minute walk away from Hauptbanhof (main railway station) and four tram lines that go to all main sites of the city. The hotel is 4 tram stops or a 15 minute walk away from the historic old town and with tram #1 about 10-15 minute away from the Eggenberg palace. Our room was clean and cozy. It was facing the backyard so it was very quiet. The room was small, but perfect for a short stay close to the city center. Having a water heater in the room was a great plus. The staff was very kind and helpful, they gave us great recommendations for both programs and dining. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Overall I absolutely recommend this hotel and I would choose it again without a second thought for a future stay as well.

Ladies, bring your own hairdryer and makeup mirror - the bathroom lights were not the best and the basin was too big, making it impossible to get closer to the mirror. The toilet bowl was placed too high (even for my tall husband), making it difficult to use, and the toilet paper holder was too far away. It was a little difficult to close the shower cabin doors, they were not stable enough. The hotel has only a limited number of parking spaces on a first come first served basis. Be aware that a parking space is not guaranteed during your stay. Even if you are lucky to have a spot upon arrival if you use your car during your stay you might lose the parking space by the time you get to the hotel again.

Location is very close to train station, only about 5-6 minutes on foot. Old town and city center are easily reached within 15 minutes on foot, but there are trams as well. We asked for a quiet room and got one facing the backyard so there was no noise coming from the street. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable too.There was also a water boiler and tea filters in the room which was great. Bathroom was clean and also spacious, shower gel smelled nice. There is also breakfast offered but we did not try it.

Just some minor issues: room doors are thin so if you have noisy guests next door, it can be disturbing when they walk in the corridor. The curtain had little stains on it and there were small scratches on the table, bit otherwise everything was fine.

A very well restored historical building with a lot of charm and impressive details such as the decorations on the room ceilings, the wooden details in the breakfast room, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid parking spot was right behind the hotel and quite convenient. Breakfast was good, with enough choice. Close to city center - both on foot or with the tram. Very convenient and safe location.

It was hot but we did not want to use the AC and slept with the windows open - was a bit noisy since we were facing the main street. Not the hotel's fault however, since there's an AC (just that we opted out for not using it). So, really a minor thing.

Location is really the best.

There was no parking place (we are always booking considering if there is a parking or not). When we arrived there was no free parking slots (there are about 15 available only). We could park on the street or take a parking place in the nearest building. Not the worse was we were charged 8 EUR additionally for choosing parking in the building nearby. It was the most unpleasant steep snail track down I've ever experienced driving ford tourneo. I think it would be fair if hotel just admits they are having no parking or it is limited.

Even if the rooms were quite small they were nice and the beds very comfortable. We were given two separate rooms one for us and one for our children , we would have preferred to stay together but probably they don't have family rooms. Anyway everything went well. We walked to the city centre which Is not so far. The next time we took a tram, which was much quicker. There was a bus station 50 meters from the hotel. We had a good time in Graz .

Very clean room. There was an AC and it was perfect - easy to control and efficient. The bed was comfortable. There was enough storage room. The location is ok - about 20 min of walking to center, or a few tram stations away. The main railroad station is very near, 5 min walk or less. There was private parking and it was excellent.

We've been in the summer and a refrigerator would have been ok, but we managed without it as well.

Very clean, easy check in, easy to find from the train station. Decent distance to the centre. Room was small but just what one person needs.

The only thing I can fault was that the tea/coffee in my room was not sufficiently stocked nor was it restocked when they changed the towels and when I rang reception to ask for more advising of that - I just got told I couldn’t get any.

Stuff is really nice and very kind! Parking in front of hotel for 8 €. Distance to city by walk max 12 min. Everything was very clean! Definitely worth for the price! We will come back! Very dog friendly - we have got even a bed for our dog for free of charge. Free tea and water in the room. We have had room located to a busy street, we did not hear any noice, windows are well sealed.
