We had booked this as an overnight stop on our way from Vancouver Island to Whistler. The ferry was delayed for over 2hours which ment we wouldnt be arriving at the hotel until 1pm the in morning. We messaged the hotel through booking.com app as we were concerned we would have missed checkin. They communicated back to us really quickly to assure us it wouldnt be a problem. On arrival we were warmly greated and issued our room promptly. The room was huge(large communal area with sofa and chairs, work desk, coffee table, balconey and super king bed, separate double bedroom and bathroom) and fully equiped, Tvs, Microwave, fridge, coffee machine and all the toiletries and towels needed. However the room was boiling hot. We tried to no avail switch on the aircon but it just wouldn't turn on. A quick call to the reception and someone was at the door in minutes..... they too couldnt get the aircon to work and so said they would change our room. Not Ideal at what was now 1.30am, but again within 10 minutes the on call staff were back to our door and showed us to our new room which was even larger than the first(in a similar layout) with working airconditioning. We all slept really well that night and although there was the mishap it was delt with quickly to which we have no complains and only praise for it being resolved so efficiently to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

It was quiet despite being beside the Hwy. Part of a mall so there were stores and restaurants that we could walk to. The room was very spacious. We received help with getting our TV system working, as requested. Beds were comfortable., and we liked having a fridge in the room. There’s lots of free parking. It was quiet between rooms. It’s closer to Brackendale if that’s where you want to go. We found it easy to drive the back roads to/from the West Coast Railway Museum. There’s easy highway access to everywhere we wanted to go. This is in a beautiful part of the province with Mount Garibaldi very visible from everywhere.

Nothing specific. If one doesn’t have a vehicle this might not be a convenient location as it’s on the northern outskirts of Squamish

The personelle at all levels were okay order to interact with. So pleasant and willing to help with anything That extra service to run us to our daughters house during the storm confirmed that we would come there again. Cork&Tap restaurant is in the building and has great good. Also get a discount if staying at the hotel.

One bed of the 2 had a bad slope that we rolled every night. The jacuzzi was empty even though COVID is long gone. This should be open by now. There is usually enough chemicals in there nothing would live so it should be safe. Other BC hot springs etc are open.

Clean, clean, clean, and....the mountain view - 360 degrees - awesome; located right in the middle of a hub with all well known Canadian stores, restaurants, bistros, liquor/beer, gas stations, name it, perfect location and so little driving required (5 minute drive to downtown Squamish). Staff were excellent, quick check in/out; large room; updated/modern bathroom; comfy beds/pillows; fridge/microwave/coffee maker; large closet space. We loved that housekeeping was on our demand, and if you needed something like fresh towels or more coffee pods, just ask at the front desk - anytime. This may be an older hotel, but the amenities were captured. We highly recommend this hotel, and given the opportunity, will return. Get off your high horse - what else are you looking for?

You do see some outdate, but nothing that interrupted our stay!

Convenient for the Highway. Lovely spacious room with comfortable beds. No breakfast but a coffee bar attached to the hotel which opens at 7 & plenty of breakfast options available. Good restaurants nearby.

Didn’t find it immediately as postcode took us behind motel. Lots of notices about public wash rooms shut etc but didn’t affect us.

The room was very large with two beds and was comfortable and clean. There is a small deck on the outside. Jason at the front desk was very nice and professional. The hotel has easy parking and is close to many shops and restaurants.

I traveled with my 2 month old baby. Upon booking I added a note requesting a room at the end of a hallway if possible so that we wouldn't disturb any other guests. Baby is usually quiet and happy but she's still a baby and I hate bothering others. We were given a 3rd floor room with no one above or next to us which was wonderful. Our room also faced the back of the hotel instead of the front side where the highway is. I really appreciated the effort the hotel took to accomodate our needs.

For dinner I ordered the fish Tacos from the hotel restaurant. They were okay but not the best. Fries weren't great. It would be awesome if the hotel offered free breakfast to guests.

happy with the room - they provided a free room upgrade. Room was clean and tidy Staff very pleasant and friendly lots of amenities and restaurants close by staff offered assistance when we were searching for a shuttle to the airtram

No pamphlets in lobby showing things to do and see in Squamish Not informed when booking or checking in that the spa area was closed Limited TV stations and no guide listing what stations were available TV in the bedroom did not work, and the air conditioner in that room was old and noisy

The staff is super helpful and nice.

It doesn't have a business center to print in case you need to, but it was a family trip anyway. Still, the staff was helpful and accommodated my having to work in the middle of a family trip.
