The front desk clerk was super friendly. The lobby is really warm and inviting to sit down. The room was nicely decorated. The bathroom was renovated and well designed. Loved the LED mirror and anti fog feature. Location was good, close to grocery stores, drug store. I appreciate the microwave to warm my dinner leftovers. Also underground parking for those hot summer days, helped my car stay cooler.

Although the matress was comfy, the bed was creaking everytime we moved throughout the night. It woke my husband up when I turned in my sleep.

We were greeted by very friendly staff. Check-in was quick & easy. Décor was current and pleasing. We were pleasantly surprised that we arrived on an evening when the hotel sales manager had arranged a cocktail party in the lobby. It was great to have a free drink & snacks upon check-in. If this were a regular feature, we'd easily recommend to friends looking for accommodations in Kingston.

Walls were thin- we could hear the couple in the room next door. The building that the hotel is part of is quite shabby (closed storefronts, broken pavement). Neighborhood is probably not the best.

The room had a great view of the city The room was spacious and there were different types of pillows on the bed so we each could find one we liked We also enjoyed the fire table on the front area of the hotel ….it was a perfect to enjoy a summer evening that gave us some warmth to stay out longer …nice touch

I was not thrilled with the ice machine ….I question how sanitary it is if everyone reaches in to get their ice ….at least have a scoop available so ice you are not taking us not touched

Very clean room with an updated bathroom which was wonderful (ie 2 sinks). Grab and Go breakfast (due to covid) was fine. Desk staff very accommodating. Fridge and microwave were very handy. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a Food Basics next door. Very close to the 401.

The hotel was under construction and as a result the lobby was in bad shape. There was no ice machine I assume due to the construction. You could purchase ice at the grocery store next door. The alarm clock in the room did not work nor did the reading lights over the bed. Booking.com should have mentioned the hotel was under construction.

The hotel was very clean with modern design and sleek. It was very well attractive. The staff were excellent very thoughtful and kind. They were helpful willing with all of our questions and our needs.

Some of the room electrical appliances, such as mini lights, were not connected. There several wires and we didn’t know how they connected. However, we had very little to be concerned about.

This hotel is rated too low for what it is. Extremely clean and spacious room was newly renovated and it shows. Could not have asked for a better value for this city. Location was central to everything I needed to do while in Kingston and underground parking was a nice addition.

I don't have anything to pick apart from this hotel, it was clean. Even though there was construction going on the noise did not transfer to my room whatsoever.

The cleanliness was fantastic and the beds were so comfortable. For the price for 10 people split to 3 rooms, it was so worth it and exceeded my expectations. The staff were super helpful and kind to all of us!!!

The walls were a little thin and we could hear people talk in the corridor however I think this was mainly on the people who were talking loudly in the corridor.

The rooms are very clean, the sheets were also clean, the toilet is a BAM. Overall, the room was very, very decent. ( water runs well, toilet flushed well too.

The reno work going on at the moment and the basement parking level gave me a safety concerns. Also breakfast were not completely available as at when due. You know, traveling with kids they look forward to the early morning breakfast before we got into town. The young man at the desk was awesome, full with details of the property and the neighborhood. The cleaner, a nice gentle lady.

water pressure in shower was bad. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference. The pillows were pretty flimsy. The TV channels were low quality. If you wanted anything hd, you had to comcast it from your own device.

It was exceptionally clean and quiet even though there were other occupants nearby. As this is becoming an increasingly rare commodity in hotels, it was very much appreciated at the Strata. Also free parking.

There was one small thing where I laughed and told my husband "ooops not perfect" but it was so small that I have already forgotten what it was. Lol
