High standard hotel and facilities. Good outdoor and indoor pools and acceptable gym. Very nice breakfast and dinner. Excellent spa with high quality massages and treatments. Good location to explore Cavo Gkreko area.

It is located at a resorts place, between the popular area of Protaras (3 km) and the touristic zone of Cavo Gkreko (2 km), so you need to use transport to move. Public buses 101 and 102 are a good choice if you do not have a car. Hiring boogies is very popular. It is located at the seaside but there is no beach right there. Konnos beach is just 5 min drive. Opening times of pools till 6 pm are a bit short. 7 pm would be better.

Live classic rock music, really solid setlist; - Dinner buffet exceeded expectations (quality, selection and presentation); - Breakfast buffet also exceeded expectations; - Good implementation of measures against the spread of the coronavirus in the restaurant; - Well priced alchoholic beverages (wine, cocktails etc) compared to other hotels of its class; and - Supermarket opposite the road in case you need to buy cigarettes etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Leonardo hotel in Protaras, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. Whether it was offering local tips, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to see if I needed anything, their commitment to top-notch service was evident throughout my stay. We loved everything about our stay in the Junior Executive Suite at Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa! Even though it was only one night, it was the most fantastic hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff is always smiling, willing to help, and extremely professional. As soon as we entered our room we saw a plate of fruits and a welcoming note. The jaccuzi on our balcony was amazing, very romantic and the sunset was out of this world. The pool is also very pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant downstairs had singers on Saturday night which was also very entertaining. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. In the morning, at the pool, there was a morning stretching session, and there was also an aqua gym session in the indoor pool. Unexpected and amazing at the same time! For sure, I would love to come back again and again to this fantastic hotel! Bravo and keep up the great work!

Beautiful, clean hotel and very spacious rooms. The view from the sea view room was great. We loved the whole property - very nice pool area, spa, and outdoor patio. The food at the buffet and from the Italian restaurant was also delicious! All of the staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly, everyone was so nice. The location is great too - It’s walking distance along the cliffs to Konnos beach, and a quick drive to Protaras or Aiya Napa. We would definitely stay here again!

The glass partition in the shower is slightly too small so water tends to flood all over the bathroom floor. Also there were no signs or labels on the food for the dinner buffet, so it was unclear what some things were and whether they were vegetarian. Neither of these were deal breakers though :)

The room was wonderful: big windows, and a hot tub bath on the balcony. The hotel provided us with a gift in honor of Easter (eggs and special pastries).

Breakfast was mediocre. I hoped for a better one. TV channels don't work. Even after a request to the reception and some technical manipulations, there was only 1 channel working (sport in the Greek language). If you travel without a car, you will have difficulty getting to Protaras' restaurants streets, and beaches.

Nice room, quiet, side sea view room showed more sea than expected. Food and drinks were ok for all inclusive, not great though. Entertainment and all the sports activities were fun, entertainment/sports lady was very nice, one of the bartenders was also very charismatic and made good drinks. There is a spot to swim in the sea just outside the hotel. All in all it was good value for the money.

Some bartenders made crazy sweet drinks even when asked to make them less sweet. House wine was quite bad, so not much orher alternatives besides beer. Our shower was leaking water into the room which was slightly annoying. Location is not good for those who want a sandy beach or being close to the city bars and restaurants (wasn’t the case for us though)

The food was tasty, flavorful, varied. We stayed here 5 days and besides sweets and other 2-3 dishes, everything was new (during lunch and dinner) The pool was nice and clean. There were enough sun beds just around the pool. We actually stayed on canopy every time we went to the pool (even though we went after breakfast or later in the afternoon; nothing was prebooked) From beach side of the hotel you can see an amazing sunrise and I was able to see an astonishing sunset from by balcony. The staff was really nice and friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, with a very nice design. The bathroom was well organized and spacious. As in most of the country, there is not a sandy beach just in front of the hotel but you have two options. 1. There is a very flat area, having even a ladder so you can safely and easily go into the water, even though there isn’t sand. 2. The hotel is offering a shuttle ride to a beach nearby.

Just to mention something: It will be useful to have more european wall plugs (there was only one in the room, but you could borrow an adapter from reception, leaving a small deposit)

Very relaxing hotel with nice little touches. The reception is very nice and modern love the little car. Entertainment was nice and outside facilities. Beautiful beach and very good location. Rooms are nice. The food quality at the a la carte and Italian was exceptional and also the rose wine was divine. The staff overall are very good.

The breakfast could be improved the quality and selection is not very good. Room towels need renewing and the cleaning could improve slightly found a few hairs along the way. Swimming pool was not my fav felt a bit to claustrophobic at times and the aqua swim the music was very loud. The service at the outside area was very slow however we spoke with the Manager who was very attentive and assisted us in speeding up the process.
