The hotel is really nice and quiet although it is located near the Winning Group Arena where a lot is going on. We got two rooms side by side on the 9th out of 15 floor facing the west side (without rails) with a nice view of the castle. During the three nights we hardly heard anyone in spite of quite a full occupancy. The air-conditioning worked properly with those crazily high outside temepratures. The breakfast was nice, with a good range of products and available free tables. All the staff were nice and skillfull, with a good knowledge of English. We had no problem with the parking. It is not far from the city centre and there is a convenient walk path along the river behind the hotel for dogs. Highly recommended!

There is a walkway along the river being made in front of the hotel now so it complicates getting around a bit. Fotunately it does not make any noise disturbance. In one of the room we booked there was a smell of smoke and there was no carpet on the floor.

Brilliant property….amazing big room and massive bathroom as well….beautiful property and amazing quiet location away from the Brno huddle. Just a 15 min walk to the city center and public transport is just steps away from the hotel. Coffee and tea in the room. Wonderful restaurant on the ground floor called “The Yard”. Perfect A/c ….absolute bang for the buck …highly recommended

When I checked in they said breakfast was 12euros…next morning it was 17 euros which was disappointing. At such a hotel u would expect atleast one bottle of water for free I’m the room when some hotels below this level offers free bottle of wine

Very quiet room (but then it was built as an hotel) with carpeted corridors. Quality fittings in bathroom etc. Beds great and good to have a desk. Breakfast was good (but would not say it was fabulous) but for the price it should be. Easy access (not having to use motorway) back to Brno airport. Staff at reception fine and spoke English.

Not keen on view of railway and backend of Brno. The area around the hotel is not finished and could hear diggers etc .The walk into Brno is quite far and not easy (cyclists/joggers on the narrow pathway. Did not seem unsafe and parked hire car at rear of hotel without problems. Checking in seems to take rather longer than need be.

Great interior design and cleanliness. Spacious rooms. Fantastic breakfast offer and friendly and fast service of the staff in the breakfast area. Underground parking (however very limited quantity of free places/ very narrow places)

Terrible check in - 20 min per person is absolutely not acceptable (not all desks staffed, many students who still need to learn how to work..) Paid mineral water in a room. From a 4* star hotel I would expect one frer bottle of water... The hotel was great but it is all about first impression at the reception (terrible...) and proportion of stars vs service received.

I would like to thank this hotel personel for being extremely client-oriented. This booking gave me a hard time as I was up to host a few friends in town during a vacation period, but thanks to professionals from the hotel side everything was smoothly no matter what. Even my friend's charger left in the hotel room found her. This is my first time the belongings left in the hotel are not lost. Thanks a lot

No spa. Probably it should have been obvious, but I have no idea, what differs one hotel from another, except the quality of service. Usually all hotels that I've booked (that were not hostels at the same time) had spa. This is what we missed - the opportunity to relax after the long week without going far from the bed). Another thing the location is very spektakular, yet, very complicated for orientation. It is still in progress due to some works nearby, so we used byke path sometimes to find way out

Beautiful hotel in the center of the city. We only stayed one night, the bed was comfy, sheets were very soft! I loved that the checkout was at 12:00, plenty of time to sleep in, have breakfast, go to the gym and pack. The hotel breakfast was one of the highlights for sure, the selection and quality of food were amazing, including specialties like gluten-free cakes and fermented pineapple juice!

I didn't realize hotel parking was paid (450 CZK per day) but we were lucky and found a free parking spot on the street behind the hotel.

Really nice quality for the money. The room was big, clean, and nice with all the needed details such as a fridge, TV, comfortable bed, etc. We bought breakfast and we enjoyed it too! It was my birthday and the employees of the Marriott left a bottle of wine and a box with Rafaello. :) The hotel is only 15-20 mins walking from the Train station and from the city center.

We had problems checking in because the person at the reception wasn't able to find our reservation even with all conformation numbers and emails from the booking. Eventually, they found out that somehow the reservation was for the second guest's name but it was strange that the information from the booking wasn't in any of Marriott systems.

The hotel is of a high standard, the rooms are quite and well equipped, beds are very comfy. The staff is very professional.

A big disappointment for children was the fact that on a Sunday morning, the pancake machine doesn't work with a note that "customers can use a second one" but it turns out there is no second one. Also, very limited plant-based options available (no sweet pastry, no meat alternative, no cheese alternative) both for breakfast and also for dinner at the Yard.

Good location, modern and nice interiors of the hotel. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, quietly working air conditioning, very good Wi-Fi. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast tasty and plentiful, there was no problem with the place in the restaurant.

Paid bottle of water in the room, the peephole in the entrance door needed tightening, it almost fell out after closing the door, I didn't report the problem to the reception because I screwed it myself :)

Staff was excellent and courteous. I was late so I slept in the room for just two hrs and staff provided free parking. Also I paid for the room first and later asked staff for breakfast, they said it was free of cost. I am not sure if was included in the booking or not but staff had very kind attitude to help me out given the fact that I had little sleep and I was in difficult situation. Breakfast is varierty and very good if not exceptional

Parking should be free as I paid 160 Pound (British). Given BRNO as small city , I would say Parking charges are high and should be included in room price.
