Nice staff, good standard and not a bad location. Breakfast good (although hot dishes only slightly warm). Good parking (with an unusual 'pedestrian' solution). Not a small price (€92/night).

Unfortunately, despite dozens of TV programmes (including exotic ones), at least one Polish one is missing. On the other hand, programmes of the Russian aggressor - are of course available....

Excelent location near train station. All the facilities, including parking, big sized rooms, elevator. Nice and helpful hosts, without being intrusive. Good breakfast with very good coffee and fresh bakery and vegetables.

Nothing not to like, everything was ok and we had a great stay.

First time and absolutely amazing first impression. We were welcomed by friendly gentleman who immediately handed over our keys. I booked a twin room and we ended up having the whole apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. The apartment was clean, both rooms had 2 water bottles and box of tissues. We had an early check out at 6am and since breakfast was paid for we asked if it would be possible to get some coffee to go and maybe some croissants. The staff prepared for us take away goodie bags and also made us fresh coffee before we left. We were very happy and they definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you, we will be back!

Arrived very early but made welcome and permitted to check in anyway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well looked after. Bed was comfortable. South facing balcony was lovely to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. We didn't have a car but there was plenty of parking if we'd needed it.

The towels were very small and there was no shampoo provided, only body wash. The room was smaller than we were hoping and there was a shower, no bath. There was no kettle in the room, but free tea, coffee and hot water 24/7 in reception.

What a fantastic spot in Brno! A very well build and modern apartment, with airco, big tv, nice bed's, a lovely terrace, and modern kitchen. It's in a quiet location, only 5 min. walk from the main station and city centre. The breakfast every morning was delicious and they clean the room every day! Great service.

Consider if you book this apartment: The two beds are in the living room. Not a problem for us at all! But if you want/need more privacy and a seperated bedroom, this apartment might be not suitable for you.

Very nice place. We stayed in the apartments and very happy with the facilities and most important with noise insulation. Clean and quite. There is a small hall for buggies. Elevator, so no problem to stay with kids. Breakfast is enough. We stayed for 3 nights, I am not sure if it changes from time to time, but prosecco assume is stable :) Very nice and friendly personal. Close to the main train station and city center. I highly recommend this place. Thanks a lot

I did not find any negative thing except a little bit low pressure of water at 3 rd floor, bit it was not a big deal.

very clean, good location, nice employees. For other guests with car, park your car temporary in blue zone (first hour free parking) and walk up to the hotel, they will open the gate to the parking park.
