The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. The breakfast delivered straight to the room in the morning added a very nice touch to the accommodation (thanks, Mia!). We chose the location because of its proximity to the highway, as we were on our way further south. Nevertheless, several grocery stores are within a 5-minute walk from the place. Highly recommend it to anyone passing Brno on their road trip.

Easy and friendly check in, good private parking. Room was good size, comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast (6 Euro extra) was very nice and delivered to the room. Fast Internet. A little pentry in the entrance where you can get glasses and etc.

It's located on a noisy street so had to keep the window closed in the night. Only saw in the morning that there is a button to close the blinds on the outside.

We decided to chose this hotel based on our plans ( travelling to central Europe by car) and a very positive reviews, and did not regret! More over, there was a big car accident on the road / highway to Brno, so we were more than happy to stay here as we did not need to enter Brno center and wait being tired after long travelling. By the way, our messaging on arrival with host via booking.com was very OK -they were responding fast. We were provided after smooth and fast check-in with the 3rd floor room which was big enough and conected with room's kitchen for our use . There is no elevator so have this in mind if you are with babies, boosters or disabled( however, maybe they would.provide with the first floor if requested special conditions?) All is spotless clean- beds, kitchen, bathroom with space enough (.we were 4).Kitchen is well equiped even some spices were there. Coffee and tea can be prepared at any time - there is a machine at the litlle corridor at the same floor. The view around is cosy and peaceful- little church and private gardens- such a pleasure for eyes after days being between skyscrapers. Night was very peaceful- no cars heard even the house is on the corner. Breakfast was simple but full. Parking is local and next to the house, there were 4 cars during our stay, probably if more, there would be free parking next to the church. 15 mins to drive by car to old town. By the way, parking in Brno - green line B zone is 1 hour for free, the next is few to pay, if stayed for some 2-3 hours. Have in mind- check out is before 10am ( to say the truth, we left at 10.20am ;)) but it was OK and according our travelling plans. We highly recommend this hotel!

Cozy place with welcoming receptionist lady. Very quiet neighbourhood. Clean, bright and comfortable room. Free private parking. Great location. It is outside the city center, however, there are a few bus stops nearby.

Even though we were asked at the check-in when do we want our breakfast served, it was brought to us half an hour early, which was unexpected. Boiled eggs were cold. It would be better if hot beverages (in our case coffee) had been served separately or we could prepare it ourselves using coffee machine. Otherwise, it gets cold.

Near main roads, so convenient for a stop, still peaceful neighbourhood. Room was very clean and nice and the hostess was very friendly. Busses go nearby and market and few restaurants also close.

It was my mistake on booking not to search for places with breakfast included, so this one doesn't have it, but a little kitchen for use and market nearby. We didn't find any cafes or restaurants nearby offering breakfast, but for dinner there is several choices!

I booked this lastminute while in the train from Prague. It was delayed so didn't arrive until late. They were helpful, left key in a safe box and kept me informed. The room was lovely, it had everything it needed and was clean and nicely decorated.

The only issue was the coffee machine was in a shared area outside the room which I didn't feel like making any noise at 10pm.

We stayed here on our way to Slovenia. This B&B is easy to access from the highway. We were able to arrive before 8 pm, but there was also a possibility of late check-in in case we needed it. The room was quite spacious, the bed comfy, the shower large. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very positively surprised with the breakfast - it was plentiful, our breakfast for 2 could have easily fed 4 people. Only upon arrival in the evening I mentioned that I am a vegetarian, and still they managed to accommodate for it. And they serve breakfast to the room, so if you want you can have your breakfast in bed :)

At night there was some traffic on the street nearby, but nothing that would keep us awake at night. There is a church across the street, so some bells can be heard, but that is in the name of the B&B so it wasn't a surprise :)

We made a last minute booking and stayed just for one night, the check-in and out went smoothly. The girl in reception was lovely, she was super thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! Breakfast was served in the room. Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had a bath, our 11month old really enjoyed it.

This was a return visit. Everything was as we remembered. Even the bells on the church across the street didn't chime as long this time.

There was nothing to dislike.

room was on the street side and was quite noisy from outside traffic, but could rest well. I did not see/find any smaller pillows as the ones were ok and comfy for watching tv, but too big for (my) sleep behaviours.
