Everything is clean and great. Staff is perfect. Special thanks to Hassan from cleaning staff and to Eslam from the gym. Staff from the restaurant is also exceptional. Food is very good, I was able to find everything I needed. My room was spacious and light, exactly as I requested.

Staff from the beach and beach bar and the fact that red flags doesn’t work on the beach, sellers still trying to sell you something. Staff from the beach bar asked €3 for a cocktail that is included in “all inclusive” and I don’t mean juice from another bar it was from beach bar of the hotel. Despite the fact that reservation of seats on the beach is forbidden before 08:00, when I came at 08:00 all places in the first row was reserved while only couple of people were there. Moreover, when I was running around 07:00 I saw that staff from the beach reserved them for some “special” guests. This is VERY unpleasant.

the staff reads every wish of your eyes. thank you (Ibrahim, Hotel manager, Ali, and so many more). warm-hearted people. feedback is everything: they will go out of their way to accomodate you. beautiful beach, beautiful water. great service - everywhere! (also at the beach)! beautiful nice live music to open "snack time":) the food at the buffet is amazing. all the restaurants (except the italian, you can't blame them) were very good.

The towel guy at the beach kept saying I had to show up earlier to find space... I showed up at 7am (on my holiday) only to notice that they themselves reserved all the spots for the guests in exchange for money, (this is what's wrong with the world... people) anyways, it's pitty but at least don't motivate me to wake up earlier, you know what I mean. on the other hand, I didn't appreciate him putting people right next to my place under "my" umbrella without asking, it made me feel a bit uncomfortable, also being a woman traveling alone. other than him, everyone was extra ordinary nice, respectful and I had a great, super relaxing time.

The sellers of the excursions like quad riding or diving were very pushy. They bother you on the beach, outside the resort and even inside they approach you. Not what u expect when u go for an relax luxury vacation

The hotel is stunning and the food delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great :)

I don't recommend booking a tour with the company that has an office in the hotel. I booked with them and I ended up very disappointed since the tour was not what they said it was going to be. It was a VERY crowded boat, with not enough food for everyone and we came back to shore 2 hours late.

Staff is friendly and ready to help even when they cannot speak English the rooms are really good, the beach area is clean and the water is crystal and clean swimming pool are good

kitchen uses too much oil to cook. the Feluca restaurant is good but we should pay only the food since all the drinks, bread and everything else is coming from the same place where you can get it for free the entertainment could be better we saw the same type of show every day, one person singing romantic music, we would love to see dances and musical from Egypt :)

The hotel is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Ibrahim welcomed us very nicely and made sure everything was ok. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was very nice. The beach part is also lovely and the bed was comfy.

The bathroom was not that clean, there was hair in the bathtub. Even-though the room was ok, it did not look as nice as on the photos.

Beautiful atrium, food hall, lovely huge jacuzzi suite, decent buffet food overall with lots of selection for meat eaters and themed evenings to add variety, efficient service with quick check in, amazing new spa facilities and hammam (truly 5*), well equipped gym, quiet bay to swim. Overall a lovely stay and would recommended - though some areas for improvement below. Sahl Hasheesh was quiet, if little there

Not exactly trendy e.g the older building exterior & outside area is not so beautiful as the newer facilities, few pescetarian food options, we were unable to book a la carte restaurants during our 4 day off season stay (though most were empty or closed) so we ate every meal in main buffet, Mexican night at the buffet was really bad. We tried to arrange a transfer to Luxor & they offered us a price of €200 (we arranged separately for £50). No classes (e.g yoga/pilates), naf music playing everywhere, too soft mattress, little information on stay provided

We went for a short 4-day trip to this hotel just to get some sun during the winter time. And we came back actually very satisfied. The hotel staff is very professional. Facilities clean. We also got a room upgrade to a pool view room, which is a good thing I guess. Shout out to Sameh, our room cleaner, he did an outstanding job, and Moussaf from the outside bar.

Only minor things. When you ask for espresso you have half a cup of coffee, not espresso. You would expect that 5-star hotel staff should know this. There is not much activity between after lunch till dinner, maybe then it is the time to do the "romance".

Words can not describe how amazing was Kaisol to give my wife and I the BEST honeymoon experience we can ever dream of. From the entrance of the lobby we were greeted and asked to sit at the couch rather than stand on a line. We came way too early before check in but they were able to accomadate us and give us temporary room for a few hours until our honeyoon suite was ready. the honeymoon Jacuzzi suite was perfect in everyway. The food at he resort was amazing, shout out to all the chefs who mastered every dish they presented. the snack bar was terrific. the employers made us feel like VIP the entire time. constantly checking if I need anything, setting up our beach chairs, going around with drinks, and no request was left unananswered no matter big or small. The beach and sand and calm water at this resort is the best in the area, period. After booking the resort for 4 nights, we came back for an additional 4 nights the following week. Special shoutout to these AMAZING people who made us feel welcome and at home - Eslam (Security) - His genuine smile, and gesture to open the door whenever we passed made us return for 4 ore nights) - Makar (House keeping) & Husein (reception) - In the middle of the night, they worked hard to fix my wife's broken sandal - Taaha (bar), Ismaeil (waiter), & George (waiter) - Their Kindness, smile, and dedication made our stay unforgettable - Ahmed (Gym trainer) - Very passionate, and motivating. His energy and care overflowed in his training, not just physically but mentally as well. - Mahamad (Life guard) - very friendly, able to help us find best seats on the beach. - Mahmood (Spa) - even though we did not get to book any massages on this trip, the quick 3 mins sample he gave showed he is very talented at what he does.

During the 2nd stay ( Oct 20th - 24th), we booked a regular room and our view was a construction site less than 20 meters away. we had no privacy or view of anything. in addition the noise from the construction woke us up very early in the morning. When discussed w/ hotel management, they could not make any changes (not even for honeymooners) and did not want to offer any discounts given the conditions of the balcony. we did not have these issues on our 1st stay (Oct 11-15th) when we booked the jacuzzi room
