The property is spotless!! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items and a cappuccino machine. The front desk staff are excellent and helpful. The bartender makes amazing cocktails. We liked it so much we stayed at again at the end of our road trip. Also there is a laundry room at no charge.

Big room, great location, friendly stuff is ready to help, breakfast is very good organized, parking is in the same building.

Two beds instead of one (we found a solution by fixing legs of the beds by ourselves :))

Easy to get to, safe, clean, great neighborhood, amazing morning staff, easy to book, great customer service!

We had explicitly asked for a double or queen bed because we were a couple and they gave us two twin beds pushed together, which slid apart all night. We asked for a room change the next day and received the best room with a wonderful bed! I wish we could have had that every night. We really wanted to tip our breakfast waitress and the hotel has a policy not to keep cash on hand. The nearest ATM is a 7-min walk and all shops are closed on Sunday and we were running late, so we couldn’t tip her. I’m sure other guests have this same problem. They should keep cash on hand for their staff to be able to be tipped.

The lounge room we originally booked was not at all suitable for two adults and two teen children as the sofa bed is only slightly bigger than a single bed, but the wonderful lady on duty, changed us to two double rooms with connecting door which was excellent. She also fixed our TV which was not working. That service is brilliant. Booking.com does not have the correct information for the lounge room. It cannot fit 4 adults, maybe two small children. Underground parking at 19 EUR per night was great too.

It felt a little tired, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken ie soap dispenser and the tap handles came off, stains on the carpets. Perhaps needs someone to check and fix things.

Nice large room, with good bathroom facilities. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hob - but no plates, cutlery, washing-up material or pans. Underground parking in the building was also appreciated - off street so not having the Munich Umwelt green car sticker was not a concern.

No kitchen equipment - a few plates and cutlery was expected with the kitchen facilities. That said, breakfast buffet looked good (but not tested). Coffee machine is Illy, which is great - 2 capsules provided. Gym was limited with 3 cardio machines and dumbbells up to 10kg, and a bench. A bit more range of equipment would have been appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and the room perfect for my stay.

I arrived around 20:00 and had to join a queue of people already waiting to check in. It seemed as if the person working the desk also had to serve at the bar, so the front desk was deserted. The guest in front of me even tried calling the front desk on the phone to see if someone would appear.. to no avail, we had to wait until the bar was empty before someone came to check us in. All in all, as I arrived last, I only had to wait 10-15min, and the check-in process as such was very easy and the staff extremely friendly.

I stayed there several times now. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, with all I need for my business stays. I really enjoy the hotel bar in the evening, most welcoming staff there, hard to find nowadays.

I once had a room, which had the shower directly in the bed room (not in a seperate bath room). This is not very beneficial to the climate inside the room, especially during winter. Opening the window helps, but you might be a bit surprised at first, about that room architecture. The positive points make up for that.

First of all, very helpful and kind staff; we've arrived around 11pm, yet the receptionist was professional, sympathetic, and helpful... during the night shifts this is rare in my experience. Instead of family room we were given two interconnected rooms, so it was super spacious and comfortable. Street parking was for free overnight (till 8am), approx 50 meters from the hotel; and again, the receptionist helped us understand the German parking signs. The Hotel location is directly on the main pass-through highway through the city, yet only 30 minutes walking from the very center.

Maybe the soundproofing could be a little better, the cars on the large crossing were quite loud. Missed a kettle and fridge in the room. Not possible to book parking.

Good location, nice room , good facilities , nice staff

The room was booked for three, but there were only 2 cups and x2 coffee capsules left for three of us. I asked to add extra cup and extra coffee capsule for the following days so that all 3 of us could have a coffee in the morning but it never happened. Unfortunately, that is a problem for most of the hotels if u book for one u get coffee facilities for 2. And if u book for 3, even if u are paying for 3 u still get coffee/ tea facilities for 2.

helpfull staff, figured out our challenges with rooms and fixed them quickly. comfortable beds, a few minutes walk from U-bahn station, good connections with other parts of the city

only minor things: we had three rooms, one shower was a bit challenging to set the right temperature, one windowsill was broken, and in one room you could smell that someone had smoked there before, but i guess there is no way to completely remove that smell if some guests ignored the rules
