Great breakfast included in the stay! The Lawson right downstairs was also very convenient

Not the closest to the station so not the easiest to get to carrying lots of luggage. At least Shinjuku station is easily connected.

- A good spread of food for breakfast. - I also requested for 2 rooms to be close together, which they managed to do so by putting our 2 rooms side by side. - Staff was helpful when I needed assistance to forward my luggage to the next destination. - Though the room is admittedly small, it is efficiently designed and you could store your luggage under the bed. - There's a convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel.

Not that I minded much but take note that the walk to Shinjuku station is 15min to 20min, depending on your pace and the number of red lights you come across.

We stayed for nine nights at the Keio Presso Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and made sure our stay was confortable . The location is excellent as it is a short walk to Shinjuku station but outside of the nolisy centre around the station. So a bit quiet. Being close to the station meant it was easy to access other areas of Tokyo and surrounding tourist attractions. The breakfast provided different dishes each day, built around a basic menu, and so never became boring. Western style food such as pastries were also provided althlough most of the clientelle were locals or Asian visitors. Even though we were there for some time we were provided with fresh towels each day and a cleaning schedule of the room every three days which meant we could come and go without disturbing or being disturbed by staff. They even held our baggage for us when we were away for a night as we left the area.

For what we required this was an excellent location and we could not ask for better.

Room and toilet are clean (small but ok if you are generally neat person). Breakfast was good and one can get a decent meal at Lawson's too.

Had trouble at check-in. I had earlier arranged for 1 out of 2 rooms to have early check-in, just so that we could put down our bags and wash up before heading out. No problems over email but upon check-in, the staff refused to let us do that. This was made worse by translation/communication problems and fact that we were already tired from the trip (with no sympathies). My husband and son were made to sit in the lobby.

The hotel's location really can't be beaten at this price point, at just over a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station, you have access to the rest of the city. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, and if you weren't feeling the hotel breakfast, the Lawson underneath the hotel was very handy. The room was clean and staff were extremely friendly. It doesn't have many added bonuses beyond that, but they did the simple stuff perfectly, making at a steal by Tokyo standards.

The only thing I could say is the size of the room leaves a little to be desired. I stayed in a twin room and there was just enough room in the corridor for one of us at a time to open our suitcases. But this was to be expected from a Japanese business hotel, and it was not a deterrent to the rest of the great things about this hotel.

The view was great, bed was comfortable. Very clean and the staff were lovely. Spoke enough English for me to get by, they also used google translate or a machine that helped with translation when needed. They helped me fill out everything I needed for luggage delivery as well. Can’t recommend the location enough. 15 minute walk into Shinjuku with a bus stop right out the front. Breakfast was great, lots of options!

I wish there was a second pillow, but that’s the only thing.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and free luggage storage so you can visit on your last day without taking your vags with you. 5 minute walk from Shinjuku station, and has a convenience store on bottom floor for anything you might need before venturing out exploring, or for a quick bite if you're too tired to find a restaurant. I read many comments complaining about the breakfast but I enjoyed it very much. If you go expecting a western breakfast you will be disappointed, but if you have an open mind and want to experiment local food, it is great.

This business hotel is functional and has all the necessary amenities. My room was very comfortable and clean. The workers at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. I really loved the location and the cleanness of this hotel. Shinjuku railway station is just 15 minutes walking and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and things to enjoy around. This neighbourhood is one of my favorites in Tokyo.

The breakfast buffet didn't have any vegan options and I could only have tea or coffee. It wasn't worth it.

The staff was very friendly and so helpful. They had a translation device that they could speak into when the language barrier became a little difficult. The room was very clean and so comfortable, especially the pillow—it was the first time in such a long while that I woke up without a crick in my neck and a staff member was very helpful in letting me know the type of pillows they use. I also appreciated the fact that there was an escalator that could go both up and down, so when I arrived with my luggage is was a simple to just step on it and vice versa when it was time to leave.

I appreciated the fact that there was free breakfast at the property, but while I’m willing to try new things, I had wished for a simple egg dish. Also, I was confused by how to sort the garbage and luckily another guest helped me. I recommend providing a guide in each guest room or to include that in the handout that outlined the cleaning services. That way, a guest can be informed ahead of going downstairs to eat. And please mark where a used tea bag is supposed to go—even the person who helped me was unsure because it was not on the pictured guide on the disposal bin.

The breakfast arrangement was very impressive. Staff and hotel guests followed COVID rules, the menu offered every morning had something for everyone. This was also an opportunity to try many authentic Japanese dishes. Thank you very much. ,

Nothing really..our stay was for three days..the location was excellent..close to train stations and Family Marts for food and other shopping needs. We would definitely recommend Presso.
