The breakfast each morning was very nice. Clean area and the food was good. Nice variety of options. The pool area was nice, beautiful inside pool area. The pool towels were always stocked well, and there was plenty of seating. The rooms were nice. Rooms did provide fridge, microwave, and hair dryer which were all functioning and helpful. The location was INCREDIBLE as it was near everything!! This was helpful as it didnt take long to get to any of the attractions near by. All in all, it was a great experience and I would choose to stay there again and would recommend to others.

The mattresses could use an upgrade, along with the shampoo and soap, neither of which provided any lather so you couldnt tell if you were clean. The pool and hottub (indoor) need a good scrubbing. The amount of chlorine in the water burned your eyes just being in the room.

They had a great indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool could use an update but it looks like they were in the beginning stages of remodeling so it may be on their list. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was nice. My kids loved the teddy bear-shaped waffles.

The room was clean and everything was nice but it was definitely time to clean the carpets. Walking around the room would turn your feet and socks a little black.

I choose( they ask you when you check-in) to get maid service to empty trash and replace towels etc but they only came in our room one time. So we had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

One of the nicer places in pigeon forge doesn’t feel outdated unlike other places.

I wish the pool was open later.

Cleanliness, staff was very nice and sweet, the front call me to tell me my room was ready and she hished my daughter luck in the competition

I was in room 201, it smells like cigarettes and you can hear the outside noise (cars, people)

I'm traveling after a period of covid and for the first time I see a hotel that takes cleanliness very seriously, they are top rated!! Happy birthday !!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beds were very comfortable. The fridge in the room was bigger than we were expecting and super cold. The staff were friendly and attentive.

We didn't like that you had to walk outside in the cold to get from your room to the indoor pool area. It was mostly cold during our stay and had we known that we would be walking into the freezing cold every time we went to and left the pool area, we wouldn't have picked this hotel for our stay. We also didn't enjoy the small bathrooms or the eating area for breakfast in the morning. Not enough space to accommodate all of the guests. It was cramped and chaotic.

I liked both the outdoor and indoor pools and jacuzzi's. The bed that I slept in was comfortable and I liked the convenience of where the hotel was located at. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast choices were like "WoW", and the rooms were very clean! The room had a refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, blow dryer & coffee maker which I thought was very convenient. They also had vending machines for snacks and for drinks along with their ice machines in rooms on the floors in different areas.

There was nothing that I didn't like really. I wasn't a big fan of their orange juice at breakfast time, but it could've been just me.

The pools were fantastic along with the hot tubs. The breakfast was great. We were on a vacation that required use to stay in 3 hotels during that time frame and this hotel had the best breakfast by far and the best rates. The room was clean and comfortable. The room in which breakfast is served is smaller however they do offer to go containers where you can take it back to your room to enjoy as well as a board that tells the best times to come in to eat with fewer crowds. This hotel is a little bit further down the strip so if you are wanting right on the Island this isn't it however it is directly across the street from The Stampede.

The rooms were a little smaller but not so much that it mattered considering the price. The bathroom was cramped that was the biggest thing but it was manageable.

We loved the indoor pool, the front desk had everything you could ever need, great location, Texas Roadhouse was steps away, the staff is so friendly, our housekeeper was so sweet and always provided us with anything we needed. I love that it’s more on the outskirts of PF so your not really stuck in a lot of traffics and noise. The walls were super thick, we never heard anything and I am a very light sleeper. 10/10 we will be back.

The outdoor pool was really crowded with kids jumping and acting crazy. It was to the point it wasn’t safe for my son to swim. I wish staff walked the property a little more and controlled things like that when parents are supervising from the balconies and not watching their children.
