I absolutely loved the bed my sleep was the best. I loved how they serve breakfast and not to forget the halal sausages. There was 2 member of staff who went over and beyond on helping me clean my babies bottles in the reception kitchen. The shower was perfect the perfect temperature and pressure. Loved how there was arcade and inflatable theme park. Was a very good stay for my children.

The lift was very slow and took forever to come and went to every level before it comes to you even if nobody wanted the lift on that level. There was only 2 plugs and not next to the bed which made it difficult to relax in bed and be on your phones. Had to share the plugs and take turns as was very hot in the room fan had to be on all the time.

The room was spacious, and well maintained. The card access system to get into the building and into the room corridors on a night was a clever touch, as i was at a music festival, which didnt finish until 3am each morning, allowed me to enter the building at what most would consider to be an unreasonable hour. The staff were incredibly helpful, making the experience of staying in the hotel an enjoyable one. The sound proofing between the walls meant i didnt hear guests on either side of my room, or below my room, so i wasn't disturbed, and that also meant i wasnt disturbing anyone upon my return to the hotel. The addition of a fan for the room was a welcome touch as there was no aircon for the room. The selection of complimentary tea and coffee was spot on, with a decaf option being welcome on those early morning returns to the room where i wanted a warm drink to relax before getting into bed. The sofa bed that was in the room made for a comfortable sofa, and helped filled the window side of the room, and was a homely touch which made the room feel more comfortable.

Personally I found the bed to be a little on the hard side, i would have preferred a little more softer of a bed, however it served a purpose. The breakfast hours seemed a little limiting, I understand there needs to be a time limit, but for myself, a couple extra hours would have been better, as when i was waking to start the next day of the festival, i had to walk down into Bradford to get breakfast rather than just taking a little stroll down to the hotel restaurant and being able to stay a little more comfortable and being able to take my time getting ready. The window noise was quite loud, even for being on the top floor, it regularly disturbed my efforts to sleep. Only having one lift operating was a detriment, especially with the amount of guests using the hotel.

Hotel in well placed as the train/bus station is just across the road. The hotel is fine and there is a cinema as well as fast food or eat in restaurants in the complex. The room was fine and the bed comfortable. The room would benefit form a few more electrical outlets as the 2 there are insufficient. Shower worked well although the toilet did smell a bit. The breakfast was excellent and I for one was very happy with it. What was also very important to me was the staff, they were above and beyond, they could not do enough to help, they were polite and courteous and it made for a very very good experience.

Nothing, all was good, the only issue I had was my toilet smelled a bit, and another electrical socket would have made life a little easier.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast, included in the cost of a room, was very tasty and perfect to set us up for the day. Despite the hotel being older, it remains very comfortable and well maintained - one of the few hotels I can actually get a decent night's sleep.

3pm check in is inconveniently late if you're in town for an event - that said, the staff went out of their way to find a room that was ready for us early, due to our need to get ready for an event. Thank you! One lift was out of order. Not a problem for us as we were on a lower level until checking out time when it was near impossible to get a vacant lift to carry our luggage down.

Staff where so helpful and friendly they really helped us out and nothing was a problem, thank you again they definitely went above and beyond and solved and helped with a few issues we had. The owners should be proud if their workforce people often put reviews up complaining about stuff but often don't bother with good ones. This time it would be impossible not to mention how well the staff preformed.

Very very hot no air conditioning but to be fair it's England and you can't expect air con everywhere as its probably only needed for 20 out of 365 days a year. In This part of the world your usualy trying to heat the place rather than cool it. They did give us a fan though. So they tried to mitigate the heat, Our trips timing was just unlucky in this regard.

There are varieties to select from for Breakfast, The Room was spacious and clean and hotel location is good. The Staff were very helpful and always ready to assist when need be. Especially Tassab (Taz) and Jasuinden (Jaz) of the front Office. There was a Microwave for Guests use in the Restaurant.

Both escalators needs to be examined or serviced as it is noisy when in operations. Our Room cards has to be reprogrammed many times because of difficulty experienced at the accommodation access door and Our Room. To locate the hotel entrance was a little bit difficult, we had to drop from the cab and move our luggage for a distance.

Great location for shops and train station. Transport to Leeds and airport. Theatres.cinema. excellent.

There was a issue with some lady gaining access to my room as I was sleeping in the early hours .at early hours as ne and my son was sleeping. The room card must have have had a system fault as her room card did open my room.and I was sleeping. 03.20 am.i stayed awake and moved rooms.quite upsetting really.when room was available. Thanks to taz.hotel supervisor..but this should not have happened. The hotel need security cameras to be in place so all visitors are covered for peace of mind.and security as I have a special needs son..please review these security issues..

Taz was so friendly as was Connie and Steve the manager! Steve ensured that my room was air conditioned and had a great view, Fantastic room, comfy bed, hot shower with Dove soap and conditioner, brilliant TV, Wonderful coffee and tea. My breakfast was outstanding a really FULL, FULL English breakfast, yet my breakfast was included with my room price! Well Done Holiday Inn! Also Jay gave me so many extra milk sachets, thank you so much! At breakfast time Josh was amazing, he made sure that I knew where the orange and apple juices were! Additionally Josh was such a strong humorous character, Josh made my holiday trip thank you sooooo much Josh!! The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. My daughter found it easy to study as she had an exam the following day. I Loved the Dove washes in the bathroom. Reception staff was good and welcoming

I didn't like the location of the inside of the hotel at all. The floors from the carpark were really confusing and very difficult for me as a Cancer patient, difficult to get to the rooms. Once there, it was too far to leave the hotel to leave the hotel to go anywhere else. Also many guests were complaining about the breakfast staff. Because they were busy they were very rude. Guests were frequently waiting for clean plates and cups to arrive. Staff would leVe around 4-5 cups when there was a line full of people waiting for tea/coffee. Also I didn't like the fact that when I was getting ready to leave the room at 1pm the cleaner banged on my door and stood there demanding she needed to clean the room. That was rude! I stay at a lot of hotels but never came across this before.
