The room and hotel itself was great. Beautiful, comfortable and very quiet. Loved this!

The check in could have been better. I felt the two people who checked me in were very rude because my credit card needed a PIN and for that card I didn't have one. They weren't at all patient and they became pretty rude pretty quickly. Once I produced another card that did work, they were all smiles again. It didn't make a good impression on checkin. Also some (not all) the front desk people seemed pretty clueless about local amenities. Some were super lovely and helpful so they weren't all like that. Just a few bad apples I felt! No a great way to start.

Location and the price close to amenities

Nice pool, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, great location where you can walk across to the Mall of the Emirates. They have a luggage storage facility where we left our bags for a couple of days when we went to Abu Dhabi. Extremely warm, responsive and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Good location, lots of stores, pharmacies, restaurants and cafes around.

The location was highly convenient with MOE just around the corner. Convenient stores and multi-cuisine restaurants all around.

The breakfast spread could have been better. We stayed here for 6nights and the breakfast menu got a bit boring as it was majorly the same every day, unlike other hotels. Travel desk was not available most of fhw times. So it rained one of the days and the area was flooded. It remained so for another 2 more days.I was surprised to see the hotel not taking any measures to pump out the water from their entrance as it was getting inconvenient for the guests, clearly.

+ Good location very near to Mall of Emirates. + “ Mostly “ helpfull and smiling staff ( some exceptions are available also ). + Room size, bed comfort, pillows, sheets … good and clean. + The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. + They have discount for Hilton Honors Club members for drinks at the hotel bar. + Breakfast is good with different varities. + Price is logic for high season of Dubai. + Wifi is working properly. + Gym is available on the 1st floor. + Laundry service is good and quick.

- Free car park under the hotel should be expanded, sometimes difficult to find available space. - Breakfast area should be expanded. sometimes difficult to find available table after 9:00 am. - Quality of reseption staff should be increased with trainings, case studies, etc … - Gym area and equipments should be expanded, sometimes difficult to find available equipment at morning or at afternoon busy time of gym. - Laundry price level can be better.

Nice quite cleen and neat environment .All amenities are close by. Good breakfast.

The entire team from the beginning to end were excellent service. Clean rooms, all amenities available. Beds very comfortable & quiet. Many Healthy & variety of choices at breakfast buffet. Carrefour small grocery store behind the Hilton and other local shops and restaurants. The Al Barsha area has some amazing local restaurants just a 10 min walking distance… Taxis at ready before sunrise to get to airport.

Walk to Mall of Emirates access in not direct you need go around and not the side that you can see from the hotel… it’s the delivery side… you can walk to Mall it has a very small sidewalk just next to a very busy main rd. If you have small kids it’s Better to take Mashreq station then go to Mall of Emirates station and get in mall that way. Can take longer than walking direct but good option if not in a rush.

Great effort in making the bed daily. Awesome experience with the buffet restaurant and the staff members there offer full support to tourists who don't have good command in English. 10 min walk to the metro, similar to other hotels in the same neighborhood.

The check-in staffer that day sounded and looked a bit stiff. The WiFi setup was the poorest - the login account setup wasn't successful because of some lengthy name issues. It had to be resolved at the reception physically as the communication via phone was difficult with language barrier. Just a bit weird on the room prep, fresh face towels were offered for 2 while all other toiletries and bottles of water were offered for 3.

Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and waiters were very helpful staff like, Lhamu ( restaurant) Stephen (restaurant) Tahmeed( housekeeping) Jenil & Robert (gym) Delash & Winnie ( Front desk) Those were the outstanding staff members and of course others.

If they could do fresh juices for breakfast, it would be great. On ala carte menu, it would be nice to have more options especially healthy ones

- Laundry prices are little bit expensive. Can be at more logic level. - Breakfast saloon is little bit small. There are many rooms and guests staying. It can be more bigger. - Breakfast has good variety of food but can be more. - Bed sheets can be changed more frequently. - Car park can be bigger, sometimes it was difficult to find available parking space.
