Breakfast was great. A variety to choose from. It was well stocked and brought out to be refilled as soon as it ran low. The man who worked the front desk was really nice and talkative. We liked his services.

Parking was a tight squeeze. My second day there we didn't have anyone come to clean the room. Usually at other hotels they come make the bed and throw the trash.

+: The hotel room was clean! The staff was very friendly, prompt and assisted with all of our requests. The lady who checked us in, Jin, was very nice to us and could accommodate us a waaay before check in time! The hotel has a great location, in a safe area of the city. And it is close to the stop of Bus #28 that takes to the main places of interest in SF (the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman wharf etc.) I am overall satisfied with my choice of place to stay!

-: The fact that you paid extra for a high floor does not guarantee that you will get a Golden Gate Bridge view (our room was viewing the wall of a nearby building and an a part of the city opposite to the bay). The room is smaller than it appears on the pictures. And the sitting places in the breakfast area are limited, so we had to eat standing (lifehack: come early for the breakfast, hehe!)

Decent size room, comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good location within a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf. Breakfast is provided (although limited). Reasonably priced. I'd stay again

Nothing major... Shame the breakfast was quite limited. There are waffle makers, but 2 waffle makers is not enough for the size of this hotel. Would be good if there were a couple more pastry options, and some cream cheese or other spreads to put on your toast. Also annoying you can't access the stairwell on the ground floor without a staff member opening the door, although I get they can't just leave it unlocked for security reasons. There are only 2 lifts (on the last day one wasn't working), which can make quite a queue. If guests could just access the stairwell with their room key or something I'm sure there would be less queues for the lifts. They could easily fix both these gripes... but overall a decent place to stay in San Francisco for the money

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had decent hours. The surrounding area was nice with lots to do within walking distance. A little far from main attractions, but still walkable or a cheap Uber/Lyft ride away.

While parking is cheap, the garage is very tight. If you have a vehicle larger than a mid size sedan, you probably won't want to park it here, though I did see some mini vans and SUVs that managed. Also, vending machines had little stock. The one on our floor was out of everything. The one on the floor below ours had 1 option. We ended up using doordash to get drinks and snacks from a 7/11. There are some small stores within a block or 2 also.

Great location. Close to bus and attractions like Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown. Great view of the bay from upper level room. Good complimentary breakfast.

Night clerk was not very friendly or welcoming when we checked in at 9pm. She didn't explain anything about breakfast, housekeeping or amenities. We checked in at night and paid extra for a top floor room. We had a room on the 9th floor (11-story hotel). 2 pillows on my bed smelled like old sweat - had to request for new pillowcases. Parking is EXPENSIVE at $30/day, and parking lot very tiny, cramped and narrow, best suited to a tiny vehicle. No easily accessible loading zone for check in.

The location was great for the price range. Walk up the hill a few blocks to get the cable car, or use a bus (which we didn't) or Uber to wherever - it's all quite close. We had a great view of the bay, Alcatraz and the bridges from our7th floor window! Also the breakfast was an added bonus - standard fare, either omelette or scramble each morning with either sausages, or bacon, or meat patties (different each day). Usual cereal/yoghurt/juice options.

The walls are quite thin and we had a room with an adjoining door - recommend you request a room without such a door as the noise from next door went on til after midnight.

Very well located. Right on the corner of Lombart street. Loved the views and convenience. Breakfast was pretty good but had no variety. Its repetitive everyday. Loved how on the entrance they have lemon water for serving. Free coffee and tea for 24 hours is a plus. Staff is very friendly and they checked us in 3 hours before check in time which was really nice.

The room was uncleaned and carpets were dirty. They do not clean the rooms for 3 days. Even on the day of cleaning they will just change the towels thats it. I stayed for 4 days and on the 3rd day when I came back to hotel only towels were changed on the name of cleaning. Sink, tub, toilet was all like how we left. No vacuum. No air freshner. They did not even bother to open the curtains. Disappointed with cleaning.

This was my first time visiting the States, and I definitely chose the right hotel. The location is excellent, and I got an Uber to anywhere in the city for $11. It was around $30 round trip to get to the Golden Gate Bridge. Parking is a bit expensive at $30 per night, but you are in a great spot. Great selection at breakfast and plenty of tables and cool views. My only negative is that I would have liked at least basic room service and cleaning at some point. If I revisit San Francisco, it's likely I'll stay here again.

Would have liked a change of sheets and for my bin to be emptied during my stay.

The breakfast area was too small, two mornings we had to eat standing. No laundrymashines but there were a nearby laundromat so it was om. No gym/fitness area No fridge in the room Rooms were not cleaned every day so coffee, toiletpaper etc was pt refilled

Location was amazing. We were able to visit Fisherman's Wharf, Golden State Park, Chase Center, Palace of Fine Arts, etc. all in just 2 days! Definitely recommend using their public transportation to get around the city (easier, faster, cheaper). The room we had was great for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had AC. Staff was very friendly + helpful. Breakfast included definitely saved us some money.

Wifi had some connectivity issues. Bathroom light is sort of like a magnifying glass. So, the only odd part was that the bathroom light felt like a heating lamp when you turn it on. The iron in our room didn't work too well.
