Room was very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Will stay again.

Upon arrival the pool was green. we had no intent on using the pool so it did not matter to us. Several guests with children were very upset that the pool was not usable even after confirming at booking that the pool was open. We stayed 2 nights and the pool was green the entire time. We also did not have the breakfast , but we were very pleased with the room itself. We just needed a clean place to sleep while visiting family in the area. Also room was not ready when we arrived even though we came to check in at 4:00 but it was on a sunday after a busy weekend.

Location was great. We enjoyed the coffee available at any time. Hotel was busy but quiet. Room was clean. We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms and it was very nicely updated. Air conditioning was perfect, great stay for a couple nights.

The only real complaint is the shower curtain liner. I noticed that housekeeping does have the ability to remove the liners fairly easily and WASH THEM. Our shower liner smelled terrible. It’s a quick fix but they need to be changed out in between guests and sanitized. It made the entire bathroom smell like mildew/mold.

I liked the room, it was cozy and clean. I really loved the service I received from Angie, She was very helpful.

An option for food for purchase would be great.

I did not like the fact that you posted signs on the front desk and wall stating we would only if room service if we asked, well I did not see the sign until I was checking out, therefore we had three days with no cleaning of the room. We should have been told this, who looks on the wall for information when checking in. I had to go to CVS to buy sanitizing wipes and spray because the room smelled of mildew, after I wipe down everything and spray, the room was perfect.

Our stay was a great experience. Our room was very clean and the employees were exceptionally nice, especially the woman at the desk until 11pm I believe her name was Carolyn. Breakfast was a nice extra. The pool was clean and location was great! Thank you, Quality Inn for the perfect getaway. Will be back!

Charging $25 pet rent per night in my opinion, is a bit much. Since hardly any other hotel in the area allows pets except for the few disgusting ones, I guess Quality Inn can charge what they want and get it. We only stayed two nights so it wasn't a huge financial hardship, but had we spent the week, pet rent would've been a whopping $175 just to bring the dog which is nearly double the cost of what I paid for our room! Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

Reception, when we arrived I wasn't feeling to well, receptionist offered to get me a chair, drink or anything to make me feel better, outstanding young man, thank you. Breakfast was really good.

Bit too long walk to room from reception. TV channels searching was difficult to find out changing channels.

- A little dated - could offer more to breakfast offering - no chairs for the table in room. - room rate should be the same across the board. My friend and I stayed the same day with same type of room but paid $70 difference???🤨

Comfortable location, not downtown so less people. Closer to the Aquarium. Clean rooms, clean swimming pool, good breakfast. Good for staying with kids and family. Quiet area. Clean bathrooms, enough towels, fresh sheets. Front desk lady was going an extra mile. Very friendly staff. Even though the hotel was short staff as she was all alone, this one lady was super professional and efficient by trying to cover all the requests from visitors. Respect to that.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great value. Even though it was under renovation and the pool was closed it was really welcoming and comfortable. It's also in a great location, not walking distance from the attractions in Mystic but only 5 minutes by car.

The place and our room were clean and inviting. The breakfast was adequate, as was the service. And the location was really good, just minutes from Mystic Seaport and downtown Mystic.

The service from the front desk personnel is best described as leisurely, even lackadaisical. We were not given any information about the hotel's wifi -- we had to ask. We had to ask a few times for extra pillows. Breakfast was fine, but there were odd lapses, such as no butter for several days. The "bacon" wasn't really bacon. Also, the pool was closed -- because it was green with algae.
