Comfortable beds and pillows, coffee and tea in the room, which was small but functional, enough for the four of us. The continental breakfast was basic but everything was good, more than we expected for the price we were paying! There were nice views from the balcony overlooking the river, and this is a quiet location next to a beautiful old building (Marine Residence), the Metal Museum, the Mississippi River and the Chickasaw Park. 10min drive from cty center. The guy at the front desk was caring and efficient.

Although the lady at the front desk was unfriedly and didn't seem to bother about our rooms being not ready upon our arrival, her colleague helped us and made things go smoothly. From this point, every thing else was fine.

The cleaningness is the room was unexpectedly good. The location in a 15-minute drive from the city center and has a nice pool as well. The staff are nice and very helpful.

It's specified that is downtown but it's 15 min drive from the center sonics a little misleading information

We had a very clean and spacious room. Plus they offered a hot breakfast which we really appreciated.

This hotel is Not downtown as it is advertised. Because we had no car we had to Uber to the downtown area (Beale Street and the trolley car). I paid more money for this reservation because I thought it was downtown.

The property is located in an acceptable area. It is just off I-55, in the direction of St. Louis, very close to Beale Street & the Rendezvous! My room was extremely nice, especially for the price. The owners are truly giving the hotel a lot of redecorating.

I can’t think of a single thing negative. Perhaps the location is not ideal, but for the price, it’s a winner.

The room was clean. The hotel has a funky cast of characters. It seems like quite a few of the people are extended stay. The hotel has a fun, down by the river feel. The park across from the hotel is beautiful, and you’re next to the Mississippi!

I arrived early (11am) and I was delighted to be offered a Room at that time. So, I checked in early! Staff were friendly. Breakfast was an added bonus….cereal, bread, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, juice and coffee and fruit! I had just come from Graceland Hotel (No Breakfast included there and the hotel charges exorbitant prices….)! I slept very well at Super 8!! It is good value and I even managed to walk from the hotel to Beale Street (30 mins)!

I would stay here again…The room was warm, spacious and cosy! It is not the Ritz Carlton …..but it answered my needs as a Solo Tourist….great value.

The cleanness of the room and the beds were comfortable.

The fact that I had to walk 3 flights of stairs because the elevators kept going out. I had a bad hip and back from a motorcycle accident so, that was very painful and uncomfortable!!!

I like the location because it’s very lowkey. The king suite was nice and comfy with good wifi, a spa tub to enjoy.

The smart tv remotes should be fixed. They work sometimes but not all the time. There was hair in the spa tub so I had to clean it again before I used it. Other than that everything’s fine.

Comfortable room; free parking; good location and very helpful staff. The black male clerk who checked me in was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The clerk at checkout was also very nice. Hotel gets five stars for employees! Nice pool for the children.

Close to downtown Memphis. It has a pool and breakfast and a laundry. It has a wonderful driver, who, for a reasonable fee, will take you anywhere you want to go! He’s lovely.

The floors! They seriously need a good mopping.
