Stayed in the deluxe double room for a family of 4 with x2 kids 9 and 10yo which contained two double sized beds. Room was clean, luxurious, perfect for us and didn’t feel cramped. I asked about the possibility of having 3 bed arrangement instead of 2. They offered me an extra single rollaway bed at no extra cost so I was able to share a bed with my daughter whilst my husband and son each had a bed to themselves. Electronic bedside control panel controlled curtains opening and closure, various room lighting options and had USB charging ports for phone or laptop. Had excellent sleep as the curtains made the room pitch black (except for smoke alarm green light in ceiling), and you did not hear any neighbors or general street noise. Room opens onto a small balcony to further enjoy the views and sounds of Singapore. Instant filtered cold and hot water dispenser in the room’s bar cabinet to drink from and fill up your water bottle was a very handy bonus! Luxurious salon quality bathroom products. Excellent location as the Fairmont connects directly to City Hall MRT station and Raffles City Shopping Complex without you having to walk outside. There’s a food court on Level 3 in Raffles City for you to enjoy fast budget hawker style food. Taxi fare from Changi airport to Fairmont Hotel cost us $35 SGD during Saturday 6pm traffic.

Nothing! Excellent customer service at the Fairmont. Our Fairmont booking on booking.com included breakfast. We were able to eat at either Prego Restaurant or Asian Cafe Market (both in Fairmont ). We only tried Prego as a broad variety of hot and cold food was served there for breakfast from both Western and Asian cuisine.

The hotel is in a superb location, right opposite the Long Room at Raffles, where, if you haven't been, you must get ready to pay an arm and a leg and luxuriate in the historical setting and enjoy the Singapore Sling, peanuts, and punkawalla fans. If you get a room on the harbour side of the hotel you will enjoy a superb view over the harbour and the iconic Marina Bay Sands building. The bed faces the window, so if you don't draw the curtains, (which draw electronically), you can look out at night on all the twinkling lights of the city, which is magical. The bed was comfortable, the room very spacious and well appointed with all the latest in up-market hotel facilities. The bathroom was also large, and there was plenty of space for your toiletries, which in some hotels certainly isn't the case. I loved the electronically drawn blinds and curtains. There was a good room safe. The room is a nice as any you will find in this kind of first rate hotel.

The shower was excellent, but when you had a shower the whole area was made wet, including the lovely little bath. That's no problem for you as the guest, but it must necessitate unnecessary cleaning for the poor cleaners. The mini bar has an instant hot water delivery machine, but the down side of that is that the water in the tank underneath is constantly having to be boiled to keep it hot, which is noisy. I turned it off one night when I wasn't sleeping well.

We booked a deluxe harbour king room and the space was so great especially with 2 kids. My kids also enjoyed the big bathtub! Location is amazing! Everything you need is so close by including the MRT. The woman at check in was also super nice and let us check in early and offered us a complimentary extra bed although we didn’t need it coz the bed is huge!

Not much negatives to say but whenever our room was cleaned, they forgot to give us a fourth towel (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). But nothing a quick phone call couldn’t fix.

The location of this hotel is amazing!!! you couldn't ask for anything better - right above a food court with a supermarket and chemist and only a few steps to plenty of shops and the subway. The buffet breakfast is to die for!!!! We were so impressed with the selection on offer as well as the price. There was more than enough for both adults and kids. The rooms are beautiful with automatic curtains and lights with mood lighting. The bath is massive and very inviting. The staff were sensational and we certainly put them to the test a few time.

The size of the beds are very small - even though the say 'double' you would be lucky to fit 2 adults in them. We stayed as 1 adult and 2 kids so I shared with my youngest 11 year old and it was a squeeze.

The Hotel location is perfect. which is in the city and nearly to shops and connects to a Mall. Staff were helpful and very kind.

Kids swimming pool was closed for a maintenance. Cocomelon restaurant were not available. I request a bathroom with a bath tub, that charge me a 30$ per night. The toilet has no bidet sprayer. ( لايوجد شطاف في الحمام )

A fantastic hotel, as a range finder we tend to stay in Shangri La's so like a nice hotel but don't spend crazy money. The Fairmont overachieved in every area: * Great staff that are friendly and helpful * Fantastic buffet breakfast with a massive range of options * Large balcony room, comfy bed, big bathroom with quality products. * Great location, MRT in the shopping mall next to it and easy to walk to main areas * Good gym, hotel gym's never have heavy enough weights but there was enough there to work with. Also a studio area and separate cardio area. * The free spa is a nice touch, steam room, sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi All in all, an excellent choice. Well done to my wife for finding it :-)

The view from our room was wonderful. The room itself was excellent, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and access to support via the room service function. The location was second to none.

Bit of confusion with our organised transfers from the airport which delayed us by another hour after we had experienced a 26 delay from London - so that was frustrating. But the hotel was quick to apologise and rectify the issue. The only other minor complaint I would make it the fact the the room lights automatically switch on when anyone enters the room. My baby would be sleeping and if my husband would go out and come back in, the lights would immediately all turn on and wake the baby. Would be good if this could be switched off.

We booked this hotel an extra night as we were heading out on a Silversea cruise to India. The cruise line provided a complimentary night and we arrived early so we could enjoy Singapore prior to the cruise. We booked the Harbor King room and were very happy with the location and all amenities the hotel had to offer. The location was perfect for accessing the metro, which was very easy to use. The view from the room and amazing balcony was spectacular, especially in the evening. The hotel is across the street from the Raffles with easy access to the Long Bar for their famous Singapore Sling.

The Fairmont is a wonderful way to get your first experience of Singapore. The adjoining rooms worked well for our family and were well appointed. The staff were very knowledgeable and very proactive in assisting with Hotel requests to Tourism Shopping and travel recommendations. Being connected to a shopping complex and Train Station, made it easy to learn how to quickly and comfortably move around Singapore when not using taxis. We utilised the excellent gym facilities, while the kids enjoyed the pool area.

There was some very minor wear and tear in the room that maintenance could have resolved prior to our visit, but nothing that detracted from the experience. We also had a last minute request to upgrade to the connected rooms so we were happy with how they reshuffled our accommodation to the new rooms within minutes.
