Room was big and spacious for my family of 4.

Had to wait a little longer for my room to be ready. Came at 1230 but room was supposed to be ready by 3pm but had to wait till almost 5pm. Asked for extra bed but was also not yet ready.

Good location, convenient, Suntec City Mall is just next door. Staff were excellent. Clean room.

Room 813 toilet was a little mouldy. We weren’t given the “Conrad Bear” when we checked into the hotel.

1. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 2. Breakfast variety and quality. 3. Interior and location (next to shopping avenues, food courts, subway station, etc.)

1. Soundproofing is very poor, there is an open air karaoke and bar 500m in front of the hotel, working till 3 am and playing loud music, also we heard everyone and everything from the entrance door, and the neighbors from upstairs. 2. Cleaning quality could be better. There was a chewing gum in the corridor near elevators, left unattended for 4 days, couple of times cleaners forgot to throw away garbage.

We were on level 31 and used the club lounge all the time. It was great. Enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon and tea and drinks and canapes in the evening. Well done. Room was large and bed very comfortable.

I feel that the women's bathrobe in the bedroom was far too heavy and did not fit which was a nuisance. Also when it was raining it would have been great to watch a movie on tv but they were so out of date it was unbelievable. I think that area could definitely be improved especially when you look at the price of the room.

We were treated like royalty, from the second our taxi pulled up and we were greeted by Kai and the porters. Excellent food and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Kai was exceptional and told us all about the area and facilities. The best Hawker centre which was Maxwell centre in China town. Food and drink very reasonable and great quality. If we ever return to Singapore we will definitely stay here again. Jr was also great but to be fair every single member of staff was amazing 👏 . The MRT underground station is just round the corner and perfect for getting around. Hotel in great location to walk to all the sights. Or hop on MRT. I have never felt safer in a city. So clean and everything in the city runs like clockwork. You will blown away by Singapore.

The location was fantastic. Nestled among several malls, access to MRT, walking distance to historic districts like Bugis and Kampong Glam. The room was also bigger than most standard rooms at properties nearby. The housekeeping team made sure everything was slick and span and that we were comfortable and well supplied during our stay.

Strangely it is not connected to Millenia Walk via a covered walkway. So when it rains, you’ll need one of the helpful umbrellas in your room or from the concierge to get across to Millenia Walk which would then allow you covered access to the MRT station.

I am someone who love the good ol' classic hotel in Singapore. LOVE the nostalgic vibe. Been to this hotel a couple of time for staycation. Love the warm and professionalism of the hotel staffs. Service : Was attended by Peggy at the check in front desk. All smiley and warm to start off our stay in the hotel, nice gesture of showing us to our rooms. Throughout the stay, we were all well taken off by all the staffs we came across. Appreciate the effort to accommodate our pre-stay request for the connecting room and nice Marine view. Thank you =) Room : Spacious clean room. Location : Excellent location. Always love Marina area. MRT is just around the corner of the hotel. Food, shopping and catching a late night movie are stone away from the hotel. Breakfast : Spread was great. Though I feel the spread and variety was much lesser than I used to visit. Pool & Gym : Nice view at the pool area. Equipment in the 24hour gym was good for a Hotel setup. Other : Effort in sustainability on the environment. Toiletries are not in the miniature bottle (Thumb Up). Tissue and toilet seems like the bamboo recyclable type. There are also no plastics linings in the rubbish bin. Great job !!! Will definitely be back again!!

Other than the slightly dated design of hotel. Which is not an issue to me. Nothing to not like in this hotel. We all had a great time!

This is a truly 5-star hotel, from the greeting at the taxi to our departure with a very genuine goodbye...faultless. This beautiful hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are simply beautiful, large, beautifully decorated with amazing views. Great location. We've travelled the world, and this is one of the best breakfast buffets, so many choices.

The room was absolutely beautiful, it was extremely clean and the most commendable thing about my stay is definitely the service from every single staff I’ve encountered in the hotel. Everyone provides wonderful service with a smile and friendly disposition. They’re very attentive to your needs, which really made my stay very pleasant.

There was only a slight issue with the mini fridge cabinet as it was a little difficult to pull it open. But that was easily rectified with a quick call to the Conrad service staff. Someone was sent up to our room and was helping us within 2 mins.

Loved the location 20min walk to Marina Bay and Gardens By The Bay Next door to shopping centres and eateries Surrounded by great quality restaurants

There were a lot of guests and most mornings we had to eat breakfast in the lobby, and didn't realise until the last morning that there were more breakfast options in the main restaurant. We weren't made aware. Other than that, absolutely loved our stay.
