What a great spot on the outskirts of Scottsdale, right next to Salt River fields and the Top Golf. Tons of food and entertainment options are within walking distance, and the property itself is clean and well apportioned. The beds were comfortable, there's tons of pillows, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly, and the free cookies at the front desk were a nice touch for fat guys like me. The price was right, and we would definitely stay here again.

It's more of a nitpick than anything - but for those driving, a bit more shaded parking would have been nice. What's there is totally fine for the most part.

Breakfasts were primarily eggs..scrambled sometimes omelet with cheese, biscuits gravy, waffles, and all the standard cereals, danishes, bagels, juices and coffee. They keep the area very clean and there are two men, one in particular, that keeps the place spotless. They are very polite, friendly and accommodating. The property is located very conveniently to everything we wanted to see: Music Instrument Museum, Taliesin West, Hiking trails (Lost Dog Wash and Papago Park), Camelback and Old Town Scottsdale . I'd stay here again.

The shower handle was counterintuitive.. So for the first two nights we had cool showers that I complained about. Finally after I told the one of the staff that I could get a better shower at Motel 6, he came to my room and schooled me in how the shower handle worked and voila...nice hot shower. Once that issue was taken care of everything else fell into place. Very nice stay.

All you have to do is drive around the back and find a door! Need to take it to the next step and take the edge off the day? you’ll find a powerful, clean and spacious pool right outside the back door with hours from 10am-10pm, felt like a massage envy, fantastic! The lady with glasses and in a jacket was very polite at check in she wrote breakfast hours down, the wi fi and pointed to it as well. 5/5 for her! lost my charger, called next day they couldn’t find it, knew I left it in the outlet by the bed. Confusing to get to hotel.

i liked the cleanliness (other than under the couch) and it was very spacious. The employees were very nice and friendly, the breakfast was great. They have good showers with great water pressure. I love that you can adjust the temperature of your room. Has mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.

The AC in my room was very loud which made it difficult to sleep. Blow dryer was not very powerful. There wasn’t a good view of anything.

This time I didn’t make it down to the breakfast due to exhaustion. Last year when I was there, it was delicious and I am sure that they didn’t lower their standards.

The T.V. Service, I believe that it’s Dish. My T.V just stopped working. I told the front desk they said they had maintenance in my room in just a few minutes he was knocking at my door, replace the remote and the TV was fine.

This location is fairly new, is very clean, very comfortable. Easy and quick check in. Friendly Staff. Rooms are BIG, clean, modern, very comfortable. Lobby is clean, spacious, lots of tables, chairs, sofas to sit and work. Breakfast was good.

Im not sure when all properties raised their prices. Id like to pay less, duh. But compared to what else is out there, this location and property are well worth their asking price. Highly recommend this location.

I feel that everyone enjoyed the breakfast, cause we always had to wait for more of something to be prepared. We all ate good.

When we needed money to wash clothes, there was no atm . We had to go run around looking for one. It was to early in the morning an stores close by weren't open yet. Also there was a long wait to use the laundry.

Felt like a safe area. Very clean. MLB spring training field across street, restaurants, shopping, etc., in close vicinity. My compliments to Stacy the receptionist at facility. Very professional, but super nice. Also to Tom who worked the complimentary buffet. A true gentleman, very attentive to keeping up with supplying food to customers.

I loved everything about our stay at this facility. It was clean. It was so new looking. The breakfast was great. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were great everything it was just a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

This is a brand new hotel therefore it was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Pillows and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was slightly different and wonderful everyday. Friends stayed at the Sturbridge Suites in the same parking lot as this Comfort Inn and they said the breakfast was fair at best.( We stayed at a Comfort suites in NV on this trip and it could not compare to this one.) Once again this is a brand new hotel.

Everything. But the shinning star was the breakfast.
