Amazing staff. Jordan and Andrew were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast options and the lady there who was making waffles for everyone. Onsite laundry wasn’t necessary for us but definitely a plus.

Wasn’t the cleanest. Low quality towels. Was really noisy with lots of honking in the morning. High humidity. Housekeeping only available every two days.

It was good, although one morning they ran out of the eggs, hashbrowns and sausages. I do feel that you should have more varieties for the hot food. It was same every day.

Not enough variety. Running out of hot food one morning, and not having any more to make. It was no later than 9:00. One lady was upset because she was gluten free and eggs and sausages were the only thing that she could eat. So she ended up not having anything to eat that morning. I also think you should have other fruit besides apples and oranges. The apples were not fresh and had bruise marks on them.

Super location for access to Pacific Beach and other areas

Tiny Room but efficient. Fridge , microwave , little desk with plenty of plugs. Built in light fixtures above bed and on desk with easy to find switches. Great laundry , ice room. I used the washer dryer. Breakfast had plenty of coffee and cups , plenty of food choices. If you’re looking for the Four Seasons you’ve got the wrong spot. Oh the best was it’s pet friendly - no outrageous pet deposit, across the parking lot a small patch of synthetic grass with trash can and dog bag dispenser. It worked perfectly for me and my dog. Everything you need if you aren’t expecting luxury.

Ah man, for the price this room was decent - a little studio but nice and clean + good feeling. Bed was comfy, shower was cool. Had a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning (eggs, waffle maker, sausage, cereals, etc...). Staff was friendly helpful. For a room about a Benji cost, was a good value. Would definitely repeat / stay again.

Some dork going down the stairs hit my door as he passed by. And for some reason all the Kleenex was pulled out the box and stuffed back in in bathroom - looked sloppy and unsanitary. And lotion wasn't provided (soaps, shampoo, conditioner were).

Perfect walking location that gives a strait walk past coffee, food, shops and bars down to the pier and boardwalk. Stayed in a double queen bed room, it left plenty of space and had both a microwave and a fridge which helped to be able to drop off meals then go back to exploring. I bring a black light with me for hunting rocks but got curious and used it around the room. It was SPOTLESS. The cleaning staff really deserve more credit and I appreciate the standards they work by. Over all easy to check in and out, though I recommend arriving 10 minutes before your check in time as I did.

Shower didnt fully switch to shower mode, it was halfway filling the tub at the same time but wasn't really an issue.

It was fine. The most memorable part for me was when I talked with the women who clean. They're from Mexico. One of them was singing and listening to music as she folded clothes in the work room. I went in and talked with her listen to the music and even asked her where they go dancing in San Diego. It was fantastic I'll always have a wonderful memory of those women! Looking forward to going dancing with them! Fantastic fantastic beautiful Musical joyful women from Mexico living in San Diego. I also talked with two receptionists who work there exceptional people!

The bed was super comfy and the breakfast provided was great. The shampoo/conditioner was dispensed through a mechanism in the shower which was awesome (no more little bottles).

Water/liquid stain on dresser so there isn't a great attention to detail on cleanliness. The room wasn't fully stocked (the bodywash bottle was empty and only decaf coffee provided in the room. The desk/chair placement in the room made the walkway in the room to the bathroom a tight squeeze (we ended up just moving the chair out of the way).

How unique and ABSOLUTLEY BUEATIFUL the view was from our room, you could see from the beach almost up to the college area, we were in building 6, room 650 and let me tell you, I've never seen a view such as that anywhere in San Diego! And the architecture of the buildings and how they were built like a puzzle you put together, each piece having its own unique edges and form, I've NEVER seen anything like that in Dago! Worth every dime and dollar spent! Thank you!

Very clean facilities. The room was perfect for our quick 1 night trip. The included breakfast was excellent quality. I love being able to park right by our room door.

The room isn’t very soundproof. There was a van nearby that kept reversing multiple times with a very loud beep every time they were that sounded like they were backing up right into our room from how loud it was. Woke me up at around 5:30 on a Saturday morning.

Strong wifi, free parking, yummy breakfast, ref and microwave in room, friendly reception staff. We had a comfy sleep except for the noise upstairs.

Very noisy upstairs people, you can hear them walking around at the most inconvenient times like middle of the night and early morning. It is very annoying and disturbs our sleep. No toaster in breakfast room had to eat bread cold. No housekeeping staff made up our room the 3 nights we stayed.
