When we had a problem with the room, they moved us to a room that worked for our needs. Our second room was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay with the hotel. In a great location, easily able to get to great place to eat by walking. All of the staff was wonderful and kind.

Our first room was not that clean. The bathrooms that were for everyone to use out in the front part of the hotel was not clean and the trash cans throughout for everyone was not picked up. The breakfast was NOT, one day there was bacon, eggs, cream cheese, milk, and other items but the next day they ran out of milk, only eggs with nothing else, and only strawberry cream cheese which most everyone did not want to eat at all.

We arrived late in the evening and rented a car and drove the very short distance to the hotel. Easy parking and check in was quick and flawless. Staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area and the food could have used some attention. We were down early and there appeared to be some residue from the previous day. The food selection was very minimal and not very desirable. Even the coffee was fairly tasteless. Because it was comfortable and convenient we booked the night before our flight home

The breakfast was stale and only had sweetened foods. We tried several things and all appeared to be somewhat stale and tasteless. Felt like somebody was sacrificing quality for costs.

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid.

We were traveling from Iceland, and I booked the room from there. I was concerned that you did not have a shuttle service from the airport and called the motel to cancel if we could not get a shuttle. The receptionist was very nice and informed us that indeed you had none. So problem solved! All went well.

There was only one receptionist when we got there and had no idea where she went, we waited patiently with many other folks that came in the same shuttle. Our receptionist was busy helping another customer and could not be in two places at once. My suggestion would be to hire more than one person to run the front desk, at least till 11PM.

The inside pool was nice. Room was spacious and hot water was great. Shower has Dove shampoo and conditioner, which was so fantastic. There is Dove lotion by the sink also. Room has plenty of outlets to charge your devices. There are vending machines and ice machines on each floor. Sadly, all 4 vending machines were out of bottled water. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a list of restaurants within walking distance. We walked to BurgerIM ( 8 min walk), they had really good burgers, salads and fries. Service was great.

The sink is outside of the bathroom/toilet area. But I guess that’s just how the set up is. Breakfast was total disappointment.

The staff Monday, May 15th, late afternoon, was totally awesome!!! Our Suttle driver was the nicest young man. Made a horrible day at the airport a little better. He deserves a major high five!! Which my mom and I gave him along with a tip! He is a keeper. I wish I could remember his name. He showed so much compassion for people. I watched how he helped others. We need more people like him in this world!

Well, I wish that I could say the same for the morning crew as I did for your evening crew. But a little to be desired. The Suttle guy had had shoulder surgery and couldn't help me put my luggage and my 77 year old mom's luggage in the van. 4 pieces of luggage and a walker. In my opinion, he shouldn't be working if he can't help your guests.

the location was good in with a bunch of other properties so lots of choice for meal options. The front desk manager was very helpful and the breakfast was nice and hot.

it only had twin doubles instead of twin queens as at most other properties and our initial shuttle driver was basically begging for tips, drive way too fast, played rap music way too loud (not a prude. my two older children in their early 20’s thought so too) and said he couldn’t help with the bags at the airport but magically everything cleared up when we got to the hotel and he was in front of his management. wouldn’t stop me from staying here and the morning shuttle was excellent.

The staff was very friendly , the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good.

I was outside for 3 hours at night before someone asked if everything was okay and I stated it was very hot in the room because the AC didn't seem to be working. The employee then explained to me how to use the card to turn on the AC. This should be explained upon check in. Also had trouble with both key cards the whole night. The mattresses on both beds could use to be replaced as they both sunk in. Also ran out of conditioner.

The property was very clean. When I first arrived Charles at the front desk was sooo very nice and helpful. Every time we came to the front desk the staff was very friendly and helpful. the kids went swimming and loved the temperature of the pool. I was a little disappointed to find there was no hot tub but the kids had a blast. There were no clean towels available. I loved that the location had plenty of restaurants to choose from when it was dinner time. In the morning the breakfast was delicious. It was a little busy during breakfast but we ate got full and was on the Go. we had a wonderful stay.

that the vending machine on the second floor only had soda and no snacks. but it was an easy fix because we just went downstairs and got snacks from the other vending machine with plenty of snacks😃

Nothing normally goes very well after a long flight but it all changed this year. Straight through immigration, no hassle at the car hire and to top it all off a lovely receptionist at our hotel. She was so friendly and helpful even though time was getting late. Hopefully all guests get the same experience. The location was heaven sent being so close to the airport and the room was very nice. You couldn't ask for more when it came to breakfast time. I would always like an hotel to be cheaper but I'm not going to grumble this time.
