Close to the airport and free parking. Staff was quick to help with anything and free breakfast was good. Fridge and microwave and cable tv in the room. Was fairly clean - saw no dirt, bugs, hair, or none of the stuff other people mentioned in my room.

Toilet was leaking in the room. Shower curtain doesn’t stop water from going on the floor. Had a pool but could see through the ground floor window that the pool room is being used as storage and not open to customers. Parking lot gets full quickly and is very cramped. Was more of a problem on weekends and emptied out during the week. Parking lot was flooded which isn’t the hotels fault but didn’t drain until next day and made sidewalks and raised curbs hard to see

Well maintained and clean even though it shows it’s age. All of the staff obviously want everything to be pristine. I’ve been in supposedly nicer hotels that weren’t maintained and it made them feel gross. This hotel shows how nice an old hotel can feel if it’s maintained well.

Close to the airport

Housekeeping was ignoring my room almost every day. Even if i put those "please make my room tag" on my door - nothing happened. And once when I asked to come back later ( I was in shower) - the answer was: No! To many rooms to clean! For 2 ppl they gave you only 2 bath towels. And face towel not every day.. I even had to go pick up towels to front desk. I know it's rough time now, and they can't hire good stuff for those salary, but I newer will stay in this hotel again .

Flight canceled and rebooked for the next day...so needed a last-minute room reservation for the night ! This was quickly arranged, and check-in was flawless. Soon, we were relaxing in a comfortable/clean room. Early check out was also flawless. All staff encounters were excellent.

I had a good experience at the Best Western Plus O'Hare International South Hotel. The business services were great, and the parking was available and easy to use. The housekeeping was also excellent, and the front desk was available 24/7. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay near O'Hare International Airport.

staff helpful. this was an old hotel but the facilities generally appeared to be clean despite signs of age showing.

while the driver was nice, the shuttle service to the airport was in a older beat up people mover rather than a van. Pick up took a long time to come (30 plus minutes)

The sfaff are very nice and did everything to meet my requests. I went for breakfast shortly before it ended and they made extra fresh warm portion of eggs and sausages just for me. They agreed to take care of my luggage throughout the whole day although they have no luggage room. The driver Nick was great and extremely helpful! I appreciate a free shuttle drive from and to the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room.

Staff at the hotel is amazing and very helpful, give all information required at check-in, Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast might need few more addition but good to see fresh eggs being used for scramble eggs. Definitely will come back next time.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast had more options than I was expecting (fruit, pasture, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, ....). Airport shuttle was easy and fast with just call to the property.

Breakfast and room were clean and great. Lots of great options in the morning and they even had a free shuttle bus service to the airport that runs every 30 minutes or so. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.
