The Breakfast was great a large variety of foods and beverages to choose from, the location was close to shopping, all types of transportation, restaurants and town cultural areas and activities. The staff was great especially Zack, a front desk consiere' (at least that's how he treats each guest) courteous, helpful and caring, deliberate in making sure I was comfortably. He made my stay more pleasant than expected. Special thanks to the management for their extra courtesy.

No pamphlets on transportation (trains, busses etc), local restaurants and town culture and/or cultural events.

This was my second visit to this hotel and I already have another booked in two months time. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and they make you feel like you are coming home. The rooms are very well appointed, clean, bright and airy. The beds are so comfortable I have had an excellent nights sleep on both occasions I have had the pleasure of staying here. Thank you to Nicky and her reception staff for making us feel so welcome and special.

There is nothing that I dislike about this hotel.

Its a basic hotel with all the ammenities one needs to be comfortable.

Check in at 3pm is late and there was no mineral water in the rooms despite it being marketed as a 3 - 4 star hotel. I messaged the hotel over 24h before arrival, requesting early checkin but never got a reply. At the front desk it was explained that every early checkin was charged 10 pounds per hour. That said, given i was staying 3 nights, they did offer me a noon checkin for free but was unable to male it work with my schedule Breakfast buffet was so so, over cooked eggs and soggy bacon were not fun. Bread choice was limited to toast - a nice loaf of bread like sourdough would have been nice. Pillows were way too hard. Was not comfortable with the pillows.

Great location, nice staff, iron and boards, safe, desk big TV, bath all good points.

The listing says parking? And then when i get there I have to park on double yellows, ask where the cark park is and then get a qr code for directions to a multi story carpark that was down the road. 1.2mile cue round the one way system adding 30mins to my check in and cost £16 to park there. This should be clear, the only reason I chose this hotel was that they stated they have parking. A bit sis's leading to state they have parking if they clearly don't. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known as I have a van full of tools and don't like leaving it far away.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and there was plenty of choice to eat for breakfast. Transport to and from Croydon to London Central was mainly by train which is better than an overcrowded underground. We booked through booking.com and received a lot of phishing mail to pay upfront for our stay. This mail was coming from the same correspondence address as the hotel (through booking.com). A client would not be able to spot the difference. By warning the hotel, they responded very quickly which was excellent.

We used the instant coffee available in the room, which wasn't replenished the following day. We stayed in a family room for three people but there were only mugs for two. Maybe because we reused the towels as requested for environmental reasons and there was no need for room service. Maybe it wasn't clear we had to request room service. We are used to this taking place automatically and only put up a ''do not disturb'' sign when no service is required. So, it could be our fault. The restaurant menu is limited and not much of a healthy choice. What is on offer is good. The hotel has plenty of restaurants around that offer similar food for a cheaper price.

Staff went over and beyond. Cannot remember the bar tenders name but he was hilarious and friendly and HELPFUL!!! Let him know it's me Sunday Roast on a Monday he'll understand lol,lol, lol... No but the staff were absolutely great. Bed 5* Comfortable, White Crispy Linen 5* quality. Prestine soft 5* Towels I had to wait a bit for my room, how the brilliant cleaner, cleaned the room and the BATHROOM in record time AMAZED. Please lets recognise the efforts of ALL the cleaners at Leonardo Hotel Croydon. Massive thanks Bella who was incredibly attentive to my needs My second time of staying at Leonardos and 2nd time imppressed. Thank for having me ;-)

NOTHING TO DO WITH LEONARDO HOTEL AT ALL But I didn't fancy seeing some FEMALE guests with HAIR BONNETS & FLOPPY SLIPPERS checking IN or OUT of the Hotel, one assumes. ;-/ Dress standards needs to be maintained after all Leonardos is a 4*+ Hotel !!!

Friendly check-in, large and super-quiet room on high floor as requested, with lovely view to the hills east of town. Convenient location a short walk from East Croydon station but away from the crowds. Pleasant decor (if a bit of artistic licence with the positioning of various London icons on the wallpaper! :-) ), and I appreciated the in-room safe as well as the good lighting and the extra space to relax comfortably. Also nice was the ability to open the window for fresh air at night ...

... which was useful because although the bed itself was comfortable, the single heavy duvet was quite hot for August. And I'm always disappointed by the lack of personal bathroom amenities, even if I no longer expect to find any.

Comfortable beds, water softener in use which was amazing and unexpected! Friendly staff :) Great black out curtains! Except for the noise of slamming doors, we slept soundly.

Doors to apartments couldn’t close quietly, so kept being woken by slamming doors. 2 knocks on our door before 9am, despite the ‘do not disturb sign’!! Stains on the floor under the basin, and what I am telling myself was dried saliva on the bottom left of the curtains……… photos available.

Sarah on the front desk was so friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her. I was part of a wedding party and got up graded to a king size room, so I could be nearer my friend. The bed was soooo comfy and the water and biscuits in the room was a nice touch. Being a celiac the food choice at breakfast was great and the staff were so accommodating. Over all I had a really good stay.

The parking situation was a bit awkward, but the price for the length of stay wasn't too bad.

Rooms were stylish and with comfortable bed. Cristal Palace park is only three stops away on the over-ground. Bar had good gin tonic and red wine. Staff was helpful and kind. Lots of nice food places in the surrounding. Discount available for the near car park, that costed £12

Shower had a weird system, that doesn't let you adjust the water flow. Only the temperature can be regulated. Around 08:30am, the cleaners entered accidentally the room, while we were still sleeping.
